Best Custom Home Design in Phoenix AZ

The team at Legacy saved my mental state after a different company left my bathroom in shambles. I contacted Legacy because I had seen the work they did on my parents house years before and knew they would be able to salvage and restore our bathrooms dignity! Immediately we were met with professionalism, honesty and transparency in regards to the project we wanted done. Between Brian, Ian and Ritchie, we never for a moment felt like things would get lost along the way or mishandled. And we were right-the job was impeccable. They scheduled with us in a timely manner, they kept the lines of communication open and updated daily and they answered all of my questions along the way. Not to mention how clean they kept everything during the process which was a concern for me considering i've been heavily pregnant the whole time. Oh and last but most importantly- THE TURN OUT!! We have two bathrooms now that look like they belong in a five star Spa. Theyre stunning, and everyone who comes over makes sure to let us know how incredible they are. If you want your bathrooms done right, and your sanity intact- go with Legacy.

We hired Maxum based on the relationship we developed with the designers Jerry & Brian who were very caring, professional and followed thru with all their commitments. We then waited several months for the work to start. We were told they wanted to wait to start until they had all the materials so there wouldn't be any delays once they started. Unfortunately that isn't what happened. They had some really bad subcontractors doing work on our house that were constantly making mistakes like taking out lighting that wasn't being replaced (even after we told them so), installing the wrong tile even after going over all the tile and instructions, building unlevel walls, etc. There was very little supervision of these idiots and when we complained to Maxum, we kept being told what great work they've done on other jobs. After several weeks of this, they finally acknowledged the bad work being done and brought in new guys that did know what they were doing but they didn't get very far since they ran out of tile replacing all the bad work that we had to wait 2 more weeks for them to get replacement tile.
The communication has been awful, they don't contact me until after repeated calls/ texts to them. We're never told in advance what's being done when, how long things are going to take, when we're getting our house back. It's been a very frustrating experience! I hope we will be happy with the results when/ if they finally get done. I don't know how they have managed to stay in business 20 years of they is how they operate. I don't recommend them at all.

What a great company! There are lots of construction companies out there, but Republic West Home is the best bar none. We refaced our kitchen cabinets and are so happy with the results. The craftsman were clean and efficient, the office was responsive to our needs and we even got a call after the project to discuss the process. With so many shoddy contractors around, Republic West Home stands above the rest.

Beth Martinec, our kitchen designer, had the creativity , vision and expertise to exceed our expectations. This company’s skilled staff is meticulous in project specifics including measurements, installation and clean up. Affinity Kitchens offers a best in class product and design service.

Stronghold was one of the best if not the best home contractor that I've ever worked with. Trevor was attentive and communicative, always available when we had questions or concerns. He offered suggestions when we decided to change directions during the project consultation and was able to offer design services to help us bring the project off the way we had imagined. The quality of his work was excellent, and you could tell by the level of detail that he took pride in his work. We will be using Stronghold Remodeling again!

Bobby is absolutely fantastic to work with. From the second we met, you could see the level of passion and detail he had. He made remodeling painless and easy, wouldn't recommend using anyone else in Phoenix!

I could tell right away that I wanted to work with Ellie and her son Ivan. From the very beginning they were both extremely professional and informative. We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!

We just went through Sunset Tile and Bath to have our tub removed and shower elongated. We found this the best experience we have ever had with a business. Everyone who we had contact with from Mark M. to Christian with his beautiful tile setting, Mark R, Paul, the plumbers were all courteous, patient, honest and highly skilled.
