AZ Perfect Comfort replaced both our units, and we couldn't be happier. We knew we had old units, so had AZ Perfect Comfort service both units. During our discussion, the tech advised us that usually late December through January, the manufacturers offer their best yearly discounts. Following his advice, we had our units replaced at a SIGNIFICANT discount to earlier in the year. AZ Perfect Comfort showed them selves to have OUR best interests at heart - how often can you say THAT about an HVAC company! Thanks to John, Robin & their crew. Preferred Air was fantastic. I have had three other companies come out and all of them either recommended whole unit replacements or guesses at what was wrong and never followed up. Preferred Air was able to diagnose the issues and explain our options. They were on time and professional, the front office was great too. Craig and his team were the hvac techs which came out. Highly recommend this place!
