We found Serranos Surfaces on Offerup and could not be more happy with our experience. Keith and his Team are excellent communicators and was incredibly patient and very knowledgeable at helping us choose the perfect stone for our countertops. One of things that I noticed was that the backsplashes in the bathrooms and laundry room were well thought out, because the veining on the countertops continued up the backsplash. Also, by request we made our island edge thicker to stand out and anchor the kitchen. We couldn’t be more pleased! We highly recommend Serranos Surfaces!

My husband and I hired Legacy to remodel 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, a new sink and Island Kitchen counter and a Kitchen back splash. We did a lot of research before deciding on Legacy. So glad we chose them. The entire Legacy team, Brian, Jeremy, Debbie, Ritchie, Jacob, Floyd and Scott were professional, and extremely good at their various responsibilities. The subs they use are the best! Their tile guy, Saul, worked with Marble, glass, and a penny floor.....and was a true artist with each of the tile surfaces. Excellent quality for the money.

They did a great job on our house remodel. New floors, paint, kitchen blacksplash and room conversion. Very happy. They cleaned up well too. Worked with Nelson.

Company 2☆ Product 3☆ Window Install
It's a headache to repeat it. Bought windows in November, 2 people both stated should be no problem getting them in before Christmas. Noted this on my order. Never notified until January. Repeated phone calls and emails with no reply!!! Said your windows are in will be installed in 4 days 10am, move all furniture, take down all window treatments. As a single old lady, I got all this done by 9:00. Then 10 minutes before they were scheduled to show up got a call, windows aren't in yet, didn't find out till last night. In fact they haven't even been started yet, due to holidays. May be a while. Don't need to get into my response to a company that has no idea how to conduct business. Fast forward to February. Showed up with windows but no trim. In their defense they only had a few months to prepare. Will get trim installed next day. Meanwhile they ran out of supplies, left holes to the outside when caulking, said no to worry will fill it in with foam. What's a waterproof seal anyway, they are energy efficient windows, they were small holes, what do they care. Next day trim. Ran out of product again. Left nice black smudges all over trim. So now the homeowner is stuck painting dirty trim, outside caulking and cleaning windows with small amounts of foam or whatever. Of course on outside of second story windows.

Windows themselves are nice enough. Not thrilled with the large black tabs to remove them standing out like a soar thumb on my white framed windows. The screens do not fit securely and do not have rubber seal going around to keep bugs out. You can see the gap to the outside world.

So recap:
• company does not return phone calls or email. EVER! Even after install.
• not concerned with emails stating complaints. Just say sorry for inconvenience.
• no idea or follow through with product manager or customers at any time.
• do not plan or review before install
• scheduler should be fired (guy not girl)
• one person has no idea what the other is doing nor cares
Just plain shottie company with poor customer service.

Tim Huber did an outstanding job, he had great ideas and really created a perfect kitchen for our needs. Affinity Kitchens did very good work, we are extremely pleased with out new kitchen.

In getting to know Trevor I've realized that his attention to detail is unmatched. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work. I definitely be referring him and using him in the future

Bobby and his team are fantastic! I could not be happier with the results after working with Atelier 507. During our initial conversations, Bobby was very thoughtful, creative, and thorough in his approach to the project. During design, he worked through a number of iterations until we had it just right and we balanced the design, timeline, and budget. In construction, Atelier 507 was very proactive and attentive to detail. With any renovation, small unexpected things happen, but the key is the way those issues are resolved. Bobby and his team were always there to help guide us in the best way possible and provide options for every solution. Highly recommend this team and will use them again in the future.

I could tell right away that I wanted to work with Ellie and her son Ivan. From the very beginning they were both extremely professional and informative. I remodeled my old master bathroom and closet and the end result was well worth the money! They took my ideas and were able to build exactly what I described to them. After months of looking for a contractor that I felt I could trust and understood my taste to remodel my master bathroom I found Spicegirls. Loved the concept that they are a women run business. I do not live in the US at this time and in so all of our decisions, pictures ect. were done virtually. I was updated regularly. My bathroom has turned out beautifully. Highly recommend.

Recently, we had our master bathroom updated to something more innovative. With the upgrades, now we have a large walk-in shower with a jetted tub and a heated floor. We always wanted to have the feel of a luxury spa in our home. Additional storage was added under the sinks. We recently moved into a home where the kitchen cabinets were okay, but we did not like the style or color of the cabinets.

My husband is always skeptical, but he was so impressed with Dan, so we decided to move forward with the project. It took about 3 months for delivery, but Dan kept us informed along the way and he delivered as promised!
Dan and his crew do excellent work. It is the best decision we ever made. We hired Hochuli Design & Remodeling to do a pretty big job for us, updating a mid-century house in Tempe. The design phase was enjoyable. Lorrie did a great job understanding our sense of style to come up with a plan for a kids’ bathroom, entryway storage, new fireplace facade, dining room, and of course a beautiful kitchen. Decisions were made in a timely fashion and they were willing to modify the plans a couple times to get the budget into our preferred range. Construction went smoothly and quickly and we appreciated the daily reports made available to us. In addition, the billing was handled in a very organized and convenient way, with electronic payments made easy via their website. All in all we are very happy with the way the house turned out and we would use their services again if we ever needed to do another project.
