Michael and his crew were great following a major water leak from our water heater. The crew was onsite within 2 hours of the leak happening and were quick to get things dried out. Great experience overall.

I had severe damage from winter storm Uri, and was out of town when the damage happened to my home. I arrived late at night to find a disaster zone in my house. I filed my insurance claim and they contracted Go To Services to do my mitigation work.

Jason and his team were prompt and professional at every step of their work for me. They looked for every possible issue and hired very trustworthy laborers to do the demolition work on my home. I just wish they were a local company so that they would have their entire team available to complete my job from start to finish.

All I can say is they are a quality team, and God bless them for coming all the way from Arizona to help us here in Houston. I don't know how long we will keep them here, but I and others have been sharing their business cards with our neighbors and hope their families will forgive us Houstonians for keeping them here a little longer. We've used Mesic multiple times. Starting in 2011 when we had a bad wind storm tear the back half of our roof off. Great job and here it is 7 years later with no problems. In 2013 we had a problem with a water leak in the ceiling, they were out promptly and took care of the issue without any unnecessary drama. Made the mistake in 2015 of allowing another contractor to install some appliances (removing cabinetry to put in a dishwasher in an old house) Boy did that ever get screwed up, ended up Calling Mesic out to fix the problems. I've learned my lesson. Next month when we move into our new home and need some work done, we know who we will be calling!
