I had never used them before, but saw them when I was running errands one day. They were able to contact me via text, email and cell call, and whenever I had questions, I asked and they were immediately answered. I got them to do a moving clean for me as I was moving in with my boyfriend, and really needed the help to clean the apt. The team was punctual, professional, and thorough. Thank you Merry Maids for such a great service, I really appreciate it!

Erica did the cleaning & she was great..efficient & thorough. The office staff was the reason I will never use, nor recommend Merry Maids. Maria, in particular at the office was rude & unaware of the paperwork provided me. I attempted to express my concerns & Maria wouldn’t listen, kept speaking over the top of me. She didn’t pass on to the cleaning women any of our arrangements as far as cleaning products, wearing a mask & had the paperwork all wrong. Paperwork had me down as having 4 bedrooms & I have 2. Maria was ZERO help when I attempted to explain my concerns about potential charges. Maria should not be in a position to work with the public. She needs to be a file clerk in the basement.

They are always on time and do a great job. They send several people so they are in and out very quickly with the least inconvenience. Recommend them!

Really dissatisfied with this company. Paid them close to 400 dollars to do a move-out cleaning for our apartment and I am very displeased with the results. Aside from the carpet being vacuumed and the bathrooms being cleaned it looks largely the same as it did when we left. Ceiling fans were completely untouched by them, and the inside of our microwave looks worse than before we left, like someone sprayed something in it and forgot to clean it up. Dirty baseboards, walls undusted, just no attention to detail at all. Even the kitchen floor is still dirty. I would avoid this place unless you want to spend a couple hours fixing the things they missed like we now have to do.

Modern Maids Cleaning does an amazing job looking after my apartment and my visitors. The staff is incredibly courteous to me, my guests, and renters. When my guests call to tell me how clean and lovely the home is, it means a lot to me. They tell me right away when they arrive that the apartment is amazing and clean, and they also say so in their evaluations. It's very nice to know that Modern Maids Cleaning is looking after things for me, especially while I'm so far away. 100% recommend them.

Absolutely a great job. Just closed on a house and...let’s just say it was not in ideal move in shape. Got the deep cleaning service and when I checked the house afterwards I have to admit I was amazed by the thorough work. From my eye, nothing was missed. Would definitely recommend.

I hired saniguys to clean my house of almost 3000 sqft. These guys are freaking awesome.. I had to run a couple errands so I left them by themselves. When I came back I was amazed. They had steamers and everything going on. I felt like I was the dirty one once I walked in. And the great thing about it is that they use organic chemicals. So there was no hard smells.that was a plus since I have kids. they went above and beyond. Customer service was great and very friendly! Very professional.. I would highly recommend. Super affordable compared to other companies I had called.

I recently used the service to clean my home and can you say they were amazing! The girls were very nice and they worked really hard considering everything that I had needed done.
