Best Bathtub Design in Phoenix AZ

HOA Owner WARNING! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE IDIOTS. They claim they need 90 mins in person with EVERY homeowner. All I need is a tub changeout and can’t get one done. This is INSANE.

Before we needed our remodel we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on KTAR and we know that they did good work. The sent out a design person and came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but there quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I picked up my cell phone and found Allure and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to John (Houser) about giving us a bid. He came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a bid. I simply asked John what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said everything. I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Allure was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. John turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects
of the remodel. The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel, give John a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Allure has done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. Considering any remodel is a daunting process, Holtzman Home Improvements helped make the process as smooth as possible. Clear expectations were set up front and proactive planning helped us prepare. There are many many moving parts in a remodel or any home improvement, then throw skyrocketing material cost, labor shortages and covid on top of this process its makes my head spin. They did work on our bathroom 5 years ago finding out recently. That they cut so many corners on the work they did . Would highly recommend not using them.

The job was done in a day as promised and the installers (Matt and Corey), were friendly and professional. Macey the design specialist worked hard to create the bathroom solution to fit our needs. Highly recommend for bathroom project needs.

First off, I don't write reviews but this company deserves to be recognized for excellent quality!

I used them to install 64 sq ft of granite and a new kitchen sink. There was a new large island being installed with an existing Formica countertop in the other areas needing replacement.

Throughout the entire process of the estimate with Todd, the template with Mannie, and the actual installation of the granite and sink they were top notch!!

Todd gave me a tour of their factory showing me the slabs, and each step in the fabrication. He and Rachel, front office, answered all my questions.

Each person during the process came when they were scheduled, did what they promised, completed the work in a timely manner, and was very respectful protecting my new floors, cleaning up after themselves, etc.

All of them stressed that customer satisfaction was important.
They did not rush and patiently answered my questions.

I have had 9 contractors in my home recently as I am doing upgrades. They rank right up there with high quality customer service.
I am telling everyone I know if they want granite or quartz to contact Diamond Granite. I would absolutely use their services again!!

If I could give them more stars, I would!

We contracted with sunset tile & bath to remodel one of our bathrooms.Mark created a detailed plan of the project, helped us with picking out the right materials and fixtures. on the contract he listed exactly what work would be done and what materials would be used. The project was started on the date promised and completed when promised, even though we added additional work. all the workers were very professional and courteous. the project turned out far better than we had anticipated.we couldn't be more satisfied. we would highly recommend Sunset Tile & Bath.

I had a water leak in the kitchen. Did not know who to go with. Someone told me about Acuity. After meeting with Ken I decided to get my entire house remodeled. I have a brand new house! Working with the insurance was a nightmare! Ken worked with the insurance and got my tile covered. I had water damage under the tile and the insurance was refusing to cover it. Bought this home over a 11 years ago. Shoddy work was done as a fix and flip. No moisture barrier for shower and there was a lot of water damage. Researched companies and found Az BathMasters. Had good reviews and BBB rating. Shower is now beautiful. All fixtures replaced, including light kit (blingy one). Not what I would have normally picked, (went out of my comfort zone, lol) Quartz countertop also put in. All came together nicely. Changed color scheme and looks nice. Now thinking of different tiles on bathroom floor ??

Wow. I can't say enough about this company and their employees. From the very first meeting I knew my research had paid off. Eric and Angela helped me pick out details and style when I was unsure but were never pushy. They were also incredibly accommodating with my crazy work schedule. Steve the project manager was great and I always had him as a point of contact if I had any questions. And Oscar and Blake were incredible workers. They let me know every day when they were on their way and when they had left. And they cleaned after every single day. If I ever move or need another remodel they will be my first call. After working with other remodel companies and big box stores, I learned my lesson the hard way...Retro Pro is the way to go!! Do yourself a favor and call them. You won't regret it!

My shower went from functional and ok to WOW in 2 days! Installer was on time, super friendly and unlike so many contractors, cleaned up between day 1 and day 2 and left our home clean when he left. The service and product are truly superior. I highly recommend Home Concepts!!

We needed our master bathroom shower remodeled to accommodate a wheelchair user. After hearing about all the problems people encountered on bad jobs we were paranoid about choosing a contractor. We decided to go with Independence because they specialized in handicapped remodeling. We met with Mike to go over our project, got a quote, and set a start date. His crew arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. When a few project hitches came up (which they almost always do) they were resolved to our complete satisfaction.

Independence charged a fair price, honored their quote, started on time, did an excellent job, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. What more could a customer ask for? I would recommend them without hesitation.

Promised to get back with a quote for a design, never did. Do what you say you're going to do, don't lie to people. It's not that hard.
