Best Walk In Showers in Phoenix AZ

John and Team revamped my old shower into a fully tiled and glass shower of my dreams. They are great to work with and very responsive. From the demolition to the finished product quickly and the pricing was extremely fair for the work done. Mike is super and making sure the customer is happy at all times. Justin and Dom were my installers and they were fantastic! Did an amazing job and were very helpful and understanding. They both made it their goal to assist my wife who is disabled with setting up her hand rails as well as the height of the bench install.During the install they also found a major issue that my home builder got past building inspectors. They didnt even bat an eye and fix the issue properly and took to the time to advise me of the issue and explain how they were going to fix it properly.

The young man that did the work, Ethan Little, I believe his name was, was very nice, did his best to be helpful and out-of-the-way and respond to my requests. He seem to be very knowledgeable about what he was doing, and was done when he promised he would be. The whole job looks very nice, but I haven’t been able to use it yet, until everything dries and cures.

Bought this home over a 11 years ago. Shoddy work was done as a fix and flip. No moisture barrier for shower and there was a lot of water damage. Researched companies and found Az BathMasters. Had good reviews and BBB rating. Shower is now beautiful. All fixtures replaced, including light kit (blingy one). Not what I would have normally picked, (went out of my comfort zone, lol) Quartz countertop also put in. All came together nicely. Changed color scheme and looks nice. Now thinking of different tiles on bathroom floor ??

Great price, no hidden extras, left the yard better than they found it. Will use for all my upcoming projects, big and small.

Called Optum Home Solutions to have them see if they can help me out with my grandma's shower. She's looking for something safe and easier to get in and out of. Mike was very informative and helpful in designing what my grandma needs. We are looking forward to the date of the install and there will be a lot less worrying about safety issues with the shower. Feels good to go with a local company that actually cares instead of a big box store. I highly recommend Optum!

Re-Bath was the one company highly recommended by Home Depot. Very professional start to finish on my shower/tub & walls. Completed the job on time. Love our walk-in tub. Can sit and soak with the whirlpool jets - good for sore muscles! Also like keeping the shower option. A little over three days to install, and well worth it.

Hard workers

Just had my new shower completed. They did an excellent job. He was very polite and completed the job in a very timely manner. We love our new shower.

We are very pleased. They were wonderful at designing our new shower. It looks great. They did the installation in one day and consulted us with every step.

UPDATE O5/22/2021
I had a graduation with a party coming up on May 19, 2021 so on 4/26/2021 I gave a completion date of May 7, 2021 & a list of 20 items that still had to be done. Joe stopped taking my calls & he didn't meet this deadline either. In fact, him & his son completed the some of the remaining tasks on May, 18, 2021 after I left an angry call to Joe for not having my bathroom done. There are three major errors; first the shower head is too low & the tub fixtures are silver rather than bronze & Joe neglected to add the two handicap bars. There are other issues but I'm letting those go in order to get the above issues completed. Seven months from start to finish is enough of my time.

I'm a repeat client for Joe Metry, he remodel my master bathroom down to the dirt about ten years ago. He did a fantastic job back then. He took about two weeks to finish. All work was beautifully done. New request; remodeling hall bathroom & kitchen. I gave him the first installment of payment 10/16/2020. I was requesting the project to be done by Thanksgiving, it wasn't. Then I requested by Christmas, it wasn't. During this time there was no communication on his part, we were the ones making the calls & follow up. We called Joe the end of February, we wanted to cancel the job since he had yet to start. He convinced us to stay with him so he started the first of March & we are still not done. We cancel the kitchen remodel & we just want him to finish our hall bathroom. He doesn't have employees, he uses contract workers so save yourself lots of money & contract the work out yourself or find a different remodeling company. I'm filing a claim with the AZ Registrar of Contactors in order to get the project done.

Absolutely recommend! Replaced 3 vanities with cabinetry and a shower. The Onyx product is so easy to clean and the color options are awesome. Installers were friendly, fast and efficient, they went above and beyond! Cannot wait to do my other shower, will use Silverado Bath and Remodel again!

Our tub looks better than new!

I had a wonderful experience with Dream Bath. They installed a beautiful walk-in tub, in my Mothers home. From the start, they listened intently and were extremely professional and timely in their services. They walked me through any and all of the kinks and details of the remodel, and were detailed and patient with any answers to questions I had. Their estimate was right on and the time frame they gave me was honest and actually faster than I had thought this kind of remodel would take.. I have no complaints or reservations at all. I highly recommend Dream Bath for remodel or handywork needs without a doubt.
