Great price and work

Our installers Colton and Patrick were great! They arrived on time and were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They removed our old tub/shower and replaced it with a walk-in shower, new fixtures and sliding door. The whole job was only 5-6 hours and they cleaned up and disposed of everything. Our bathroom looks amazing! In addition, from the time we purchased our shower and enclosure until install we received a weekly check-in phone call from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel to ask if we had any questions or concerns or if there was anything we needed from them. Great customer service, product and employees! We will be doing our other bathroom with them!

Worst company ever. Wouldn’t even use them to clean my toilet.

Our installer Corey was very professional, his work was outstanding.He explained his progress of the day before starting and was acceptable to our minimal changes.We are five stars satisfied and we would recommend Re-Bath to our friends.

We were looking to remodel our shower and met with numerous companies with pushy salesmen that quoted us ridiculous prices. Thankfully, we were referred to Aqua Therapy! Derek and his team were amazing. They were professional, they did exactly what they said they would do and gave us a beautiful shower at a reasonable price. We were able to get a better quality shower than the original companies were recommending. Soooo glad we chose Aqua Therapy! We couldn’t be more happy!

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. Seamless experience from start to finish!

Had issues including being told it would cost an additional $500. for a plumbing issue that consisted of moving the piping about an inch. Told them no. Took my plumbing friend about 15 seconds to do it. However it did not matter since they had already decided to move the back wall about 1 1/2's closer, ( I did OK that plan.) I had two showers done, (only); no remodel of the bathroom. Cost 24K. More than twice the amount it is worth. My two showers look really good but I worry about future plumbing issues behind the wall; was told they would have to take the new walls down. There were other issues that were resolved appropriately. BOTTOMLINE: Too much $$$ for whatwe got. Would hire a contractor and buy the materials at Lowes/Home Depot for less than half of the $24,000.

Mike and his crew did an outstanding job on our recent bathroom/bedroom remodel. They started and finished the project exactly as per contract. The workmanship was professional and the crew was very personable. Neatness counts and they excelled. Thank you, again.

Joe and James did great work from Demo to completion of work for our custom showers. Both men were great to work with, professional results, I would request them for any future projects we may have in the future.

From the quote to the completion of the work, was a fantastic experience! Rob, Joe and demo crew (Jesus), tile layer (didn't get his name) and installer(Chris) all were outstanding! Our 1980's master bath is now our own spa retreat and as promised completed before the Thanksgiving Holiday. Will highly recommend this company.

Great service that saved me money by fixing the fuse of the built-in micro wave oven. I was under the impression they were disposable. I also had the dryer's vent cleaned and am glad I did.
