Starting from the planning stages all the way through the finished project my expectations were met and exceeded. They came in to do stucco work on a new wall and repair work on exsiting stucco. They did a great job with the work, matched paint very close to the other (not easy to do) and cleaned up after their work. They went above and beyond and actually did a little more repair/patch job than originally talked about and did not increase the agreed upon price. Even without that, I am very pleased with their work.

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! We loved working with Bret and the Rise Above team on our home remodel! Everything turned out so beautifully - the pictures speak for themselves. They only use the best products and features. We love having a pull out for our cutting boards / cookie sheets, built-in trash & recycling, lazy susan, etc. in our new kitchen. The timing for everything was perfect and the project stuck to plan. We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Unreliable and unprofessional. Everado strung us along for months promising he would be able to complete our project, but he had other projects in front of ours. We patiently waited for more than eight (8) months (since August 2022). He setup an appointment to meet at our house at 8:00 a.m. this morning to go over final details prior to signing the contract for a 60-80 thousand dollar ramada. My wife texts him in the morning to text her when he arrives and that I would meet him outside. Everado responds asking if she saw the email he sent last night. We open the email - sent after midnight less than 8 hours before he was supposed to meet with us - and the email says he can't meet with us and that he won't be able to build our ramada due to staffing issues and because he is behind on other projects. Avoid. Everado will string you along and waste your time.

We used Kirk for a kitchen remodel about a year ago. They are high cost for low quality work. They took three times as long to complete the kitchen (almost a year and with no materials delays mind you) causing us to bring home our newborn child to a house with no functioning kitchen. They didn’t complete the work to plan, misplacing the island and throwing off the entire layout. When we made complaints, they spoke a good game about taking responsibility but didn’t take any corrective actions. A year later from the reno and the cabinet draws they installed are falling apart, the plumbing they did beneath the sink fell apart causing water damage to the island. We highly recommend avoiding Kirk construction at all costs.

We appreciated the timelines of the job. Lots of work went into just 23 days total to do an amazing transformation! We love our new bathrooms and flooring. We were also able to add our own creativity to the project.

Contracted Quentin to remodel my bathroom. I watch Judge Judy. I know that if you look for cheap you're going to get screwed. Quentin came out last year and took measurements for my bathroom remodel, but I wasn't prepared to spend that kind of money. After checking with other contractors, and even contemplating doing the job myself, I called them back. I shared my vision, I asked where we could save a bit of money on me doing some of the light work myself, and he was very accomodating in that respect. I was able to adhere to my budget. I was able to flex my creativity, without any pushback, and the results turned out BETTER than I had imagined, like... way better. I plan to make an addition to the house in the future, and Urban Element will definitely get first crack at it.
