Don and Darrell were awesome. Prompt, efficient, clean and attentive to detail. One issue with a handle that came off the next day- they were out immediately to correct it. Did find the floor was a little slick, but that is being corrected as well. They are very responsive to calls and have checked up on my satisfaction a couple of times after the install. Literally took 2 days to install just as they said and then one day to dry. I especially love the locker in the shower. Highly recommend this company for a tub to shower conversion.

Our installers were Corey and Casey. The arrived on time, were very professional and very knowledgeable, they kept their work area clean and informed us all the way through the job about what they were doing. They did an excellent job and completed the project in one day. They were very polite, hard workers. I would recommend this company and give them a five star rating.

Remodeling a bathtub and shower, converting to a walk-in shower. Everyone that I dealt with from the Homeshow, project discussion/sales, phone contacts and status through installation were great - very cooperative, knowledge of what was to be done, and thorough. This included Marla, John and Luis who were the three that I dealt with in person to define details of the project and installation. I would not hesitate to use them again for any future project.

I had a shower replacement/remodel done by Re-Bath and what a fabulous experience! Let me start by saying how good my installer Victor Garrison was. He was knowledgable, communicative, careful, kind and fast without being reckless. He made sure I was involved at every step along the way, and instead of assuming what I wanted, made sure to ask me what I wanted. He came prepared and ready to work, he took care with my home, and kept the mess down to a minimum. He cleaned up everyday at the end of the day, and always checked with me to make sure I was satisfied at where the job was at, and what the plan was for the next day. I have done other remodel projects project and I have to say Re-Bath is far and above the best I have worked with. If all their installers are like Victor, they are extremely fortunate. Victor is head and shoulders above the rest!! Thank you Victor!Kenzie Moxley is another standout. She was very informative when she came to start my estimate. She took the time to ensure she had everything right and knew exactly what I wanted. I had spoken to 2 other companies before Re-Bath, but because she was so competent, I signed that day! Have you ever heard of a bathroom remodel taking 5 days from start to finish? These guys were miraculous! I needed a new walk in shower with no edge for my handicapped client who was released unexpectedly from the hospital, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure this happened. Luis and his team do incredible work. They amazed me by leaving the bathroom completely clean everyday when they left. Dust was kept to a minimum, the floor was swept and they even washed the mirrors! That is the kind of detail you can look forward to at Planet Remodel. Communication could use a bit of improvement but the value and quality of work were outstanding.
