Allure Bath came recommended to us from a business associate who recently had a bathroom remolded and it was beautiful! We met with John who was very friendly an accommodating to our busy schedule and came up with a very fair and competitive price. The proposal was very easy to understand and we paid what was quoted NO HIDDEN COST!! Now we have a INCREDIBLE master bath to enjoy daily! Such a wonderful feeling with my budgeting family! Mike the onsite manager was very family friendly and kept me completely informed on work and progress. The work done in a timely matter and cleanliness of the crew was a absolute blessing. They SURPASSED my highest expectations and we HIGHLY recommend Allure Bath Services.

When we initially made our purchase with Jacuzzi Bath the manger called to congratulate us on our purchase and promised the the installation process would be exceedingly above our expectations. The job was supposed to take 1 day, but the contractors were not able to finish that day. Not a big deal. On the second day, we were advised that they had the wrong size shower door and would not able to finish the job. I asked the contractor to relay our request to have the shower door expedited as I was paying a substantial amount of money and now the conversion was not completed timely as promised. Four days passed I received no communication from Jacuzzi Bath of AZ or an apology for the mix up. On the fourth day, I had to reach out to the sales rep via email, who had a customer service agent call us. The sales rep did not call us or respond. I expressed my concerns to them at that time. She said she would reach out to management to see if there could be some sort of compensation for the distress, but never heard anything more of it. I was kept informed from that time on to get our shower door installed. From start to finish the installation process took approx 2.5 weeks. I did finally get a call from the general manager with his sincere apology and his willingness to make things right. Thank you Chris for stepping up to resolve our concerns.

Barry A. , Tim S. and the crew truly demonstrate a friendly and professional attitude. Barry and Tim went beyond their normal responsibilities and made extra time to help me with another issue in the house for which I’m very grateful for. I was very stratified with the new shower installation. West Shore should be thankful to have employees such as Barry, Tim and the whole crew, they represented the company well. They deserved to be mentioned as exceptional employees.

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. Very pleasant experience. Re-bath is very considerate of veterans and offers incentives. I had a complete shower and bathtub replacement. The individual installing it was exceptional. Six months after the installation, I had one problem with the mixing valve. It was taken care of immediately. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in upgrading their shower and bathtub.

The team at Rise Above Remodeling was hired to replace our countertops and back splash. After completing several renovation projects with other companies and constantly being dissatisfied with the communication before, during and after the project I decided it was time to switch from the low end bidders to a contractor with an above average bid.

Bret was responsive from day one and took pride in ownership in the work his crew of workers and subcontractors completed. Once scheduled the job was completed within 10 days, which is often unheard of anytime a stone counter-top has to be fabricated.

When friends ask what makes a good contractor i will always tell them that it's all about how they react when things are not right. After the job was complete we noticed a defect in the stone. Bret returned immediately to investigate and support the replacement of the quartz counter-top.

If I had to say anything negative about the experience its that the Quartz counter-tops on the market are not what they're advertised to be. After having the Silestone representative in my home I learned their warranty doesn't apply to the homeowner, the product can't withstand the heat of a crockpot or microwave dinner without the risk of permanent damage. Furthermore, the only chemicals / disinfectant that can be used safely on the product is soap and water. Choose a nice granite / marble but stay away from manufactured quartz.

For us, it started with a master shower remodel in our 42 year old home. We were so pleased, we had them remodel our guest bath. Next was a complete kitchen remodel/install. Then a completely new floor (remove old flooring and install new floor) throughout the house and bathrooms, including all new painted baseboards, repairing drywall, etc. The interior of our home looks modern and fabulous.

The staff & crew were all very nice and hard workers, they all took pride in their work. Andrew helped us choose the things we needed and got us the best prices on new appliances. He also worked with us to accommodate our needs and our schedules during this time..... It was all well worth it.

We have recommended PJH Construction to others, and plan to use them for future improvements.

Xtra Mile was comunicative, and easy to work with. Work was finished before their timeline and looks great. We had them install a new tile shower that is perfect. Tile and drywall in our worship. They even painted. It has been a pleasure working with them.

They exceeded our expectations in every way and when they left our kitchen was not only wonderful to look at, but was very clean and ready to go.
