Well, Jay sold us a 1 day job that I learned was actually a 2 day job when Whitney called to schedule. We got rescheduled once, and then our 2 day job this week ended up having one issue after another. We will be without a shower for a week! We spent a pretty penny to have this shower done right…. So now I’m let hopeful that they will actually complete the job Friday and it will be perfect. Not a good experience, disappointed is mild!

I had the wonderful experience of doing a 3 bathroom remodel, and many other add ons, with Phoenix Home Remodel in the fall of 2019. The entire team was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, reasonably priced and fabulous to work with. From the initial meeting with Jeremy to the final walk through, they made the entire process easy and manageable. Loved the app to track the whole process, loved when Mark was able to explain my vision to plumbers, glass, tile and the many other trades that we were working with. I needed to replace my shower due to a crack in the floor. Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona was quick to reach out to me and set up a consultation on the same day. Their employee George was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He walked me through the history of the Jacuzzi and answered all my questions along the way. As a clinical psychology graduate student and the daughter of a Navy veteran, I pride myself on giving back to our veterans.  Much of my clinical work and research is with veterans. I was touched to find out that Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona created a foundation, Baths for the Brave, to give back to our veterans. Very good job and efficient and through.

Well the first day Tim and Mike came out they did the rough in work new plumbing fixtures. Checked for water flow etc. took the old shower out and disposed of all old material. The next day they put in all the new fixtures, glass doors, new shower head, safety handles.well it looks absolutely beautiful. I forgot to mention that day we had Tim, Mike, and Darius. They were very polite, courteous and did a great job. I would highly recommend West Shore Home five stars

Hello. I had a walk in shower install and the old tub removed in my master bathroom so I guess you could qualify that as a remodel. My person, Cameron Rudge, did a beautiful job, even finishing a day earlier than estimated. Each day he would show and explain to me what was done that day. He was very courteous, and would let me know what time he would be there the next day and was on time. He cleaned up before leaving and on the final day he did more thorough clean up. I love my new shower and Cameron did an excellent job.

Jason M. installed a walk in shower for me. He completed the job which was estimated to take 4 days in just 2 and did it so professionally. From the time he came to the time he left he was at work being exacting in the results--from demo to completed project. The shower is beautiful, each section fitting precisely with the next. Along the way, Jason explained each thing he was doing and thoroughly answered whatever questions I had. The experience I somewhat dreaded turned out to be not only successful, but a pleasant time as well.

Needed new shower enclosure in master bath. Audra was great to work with to get estimate and schedule work, Kevin and his team were great, professional, on-time, polite. Yes, it took several months from start to finish but I'm very happy with the results.

Derek is great! His pricing is fair and very competitive. He started and completed the job when he said he would. I had steel rails installed in two nathrooms for my senior mother over 4 years ago, and they are still in perfect condition. He also installed can lighting throughout my home. I always recommend Derek because of his professionalism and transparency when quoting services.

My existing walk-in shower developed a crack in the corner grout after only about two years following my new-build house being completed. The water had been slowly leaking into the connecting wall, causing the baseboard to bubble and discolor. At that point, I was adamant about replacing the whole thing with a groutless design, and having everything done right the first time. I researched three different companies to remodel my whole shower area. AZ BathMasters won the bid due to their reputation for quality, but they also came out on top in overall value. Both of the other companies offered inferior-quality materials, with one of them quoting an estimate significantly above AZ BathMasters' price. It was an easy decision. And AZ BathMasters didn't disappoint. What an excellent team with great synergy. Scotty was right there at the start of the job and throughout to ensure the integrity of the design--he prevented me from making a pretty significant mistake in what I had originally envisioned, and even offered some other design modifications that improved the overall aesthetics even more! Matt and his team performed the actual work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care, expertise, and workmanship. Matt himself realized, right in time before implementing it, that there was one element of the design that should be adjusted to make it even better--and Scotty concurred. Make no mistake, this team is at the top of their game. With that said, I always like to offer some feedback on how to make the whole experience even better, and as a few others have pointed out, perhaps more contact between the original time of estimate and when the actual work begins would help address any concerns customers may have (especially if the estimated start date is going to be a bit off for whatever reason). Otherwise, I strongly recommend this company to perform the work you have in mind with the quality you would expect.

I had a great experience with Brower Remodeling. Project was fair in pricing, we were able to get started right away and work was completed and cleaned up in a week. Ross and crew were always on time and very detail oriented. Would recommend to friends and family.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

Stellar has made an old 70s kitchen new. Great people, excellent recommendations and just a pleasure to work with. I am just amazed at what the can do. Also they were very polite but incistant on recommendations when I went off the path. That saved me having to redo some of the items. Great value.
