Best New Tile in Phoenix AZ

After scouring online for bath remodelers, I selected 3 candidates, and Allure was the winner. The owner, John, came out promptly, told me my current bath was beautiful (but I wanted to replace tub with tiled walk in shower), and gave me a competitive proposal. Working with Allure's crew (Noah and Ramon deserve special mention) was easy and their workmanship met my expectations. John is a man of integrity, knowledgeable about his trade, and easy to work with. If I wanted to remodel another bath, I'd hire Allure again.

Our Installers were on time, laid out all protective drops for floors and bathroom fixtures. Tommy and Duncan took us through all the steps of the install, finished in a timely manner, workmanship was top notch. I am a much larger guy, Tommy made sure that all wall anchors were set well and did an exceptional job on the seat. I had researched other companies and Dreamstyle was my clear choice based on history, other reviews, length of time in business, reputation, having employees do work instead of subcontractors, quality of materials and warranty. JaredW, BennieR, DevionE and Magnus worked on both my bathrooms and were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, careful about keeping the rest of my home clean and picked up, and focused on the all the details. Highly recommend this company.

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

Working with Don Hughes (owner) & Mike (did all the work) was a great experience. Don was so easy to work with offering great advise regarding tile for both the hall bathroom and kitchen as well as paint colors. Mike was just amazing doing all the work: tile around the bath, removing the large mirrors in both bathrooms and installing mirrors we chose, replacing cabinets in both bathrooms, removing existing medicine cabinets and closing up the walls, painting and backsplash tile in the kitchen.

This was a great experience working with both Don & Mike. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Derek and his crew did two jobs for me. One was a bathroom remodel and the second job was to install grab bars for my elderly mom. It both cases he and his crew were prompt, polite and when the job was done they cleaned up their mess. The quality of work was excellent. I would use Aqua Therapy Tubs again.

We just had our bathroom slightly remodeled by AZ Bathmasters. We moved the shower to where the bathtub was, and where the shower was, we had them change to a closet. Bathmasters came out within two days of us making the initial phone call. We also got quotes from three different companies aside from bathmasters.

I can't say enough about the service we got from AZ bathmasters! There were quite a few things that my wife were unsure of as far as color, style, etc, and we told bathmasters to just use their best judgement. Looking at the finished product, there is not a single thing my wife or I would change! The service we got from them was amazing, great communication throughout the project, and even though we did not specify, they used very high quality hardware and materials. I have no hesitation in giving bathmasters 5 stars and recommending them!!

I'm a repeat customer with Holtzman Home Improvement. They remodeled my kitchen last year, and now we're just finishing up a master bath remodel. For both projects I'm happy to say that I am very satisfied with their work.

Before deciding to work with the Holtzmans, my wife and I did some research, called in an architect, and asked several contractors to offer bids. What finally stood out with Danny and Brandon, and really what made us decide to work with them above any other contractor, was their ability to take a design approach from the start. Understanding design aspects of any remodel (as I've learned from Rick, their lead designer) is crucial. For both our kitchen and bath we found that the right design helped ensure we got what we expected (aesthetically) and that things stayed within the budget we set for ourselves.

Another interesting feature of Holtzman Home Improvement is their staff. They have their own employees for most jobs ; plumbing, carpentry, tile, etc. My wife and I liked this very much because it insured a high-level of quality and a group of workers that did not change throughout the project. All the people who work at Holtzman are steadfast professionals and did a great job.

Now for anyone who thinks that any well-planned home improvement project is impervious to mistakes, let me say that such is not the case. Some problems will, without a doubt, emerge. And whenever a problem presented itself, Danny and Brandon were always very honest about it, and worked with me to find a good resolution. If the wrong tile was laid down, they simply removed it. In other cases we had to endure some overages in order to resolve the issue. However if I had to pay a bit more to get what I and my wife wanted, we were always satisfied with the solution and found the final outcome better than expected. In some cases, the problem actually forced a solution that was superior to the original plan.

Finally the online project management system that Brandon set up is great. Not only does it show the schedule and upcoming work, but it helps document overages which is an important part of any project. I think this kind of system represents icing on the cake because bigger projects are complex and need exactly this sort of tight oversight.

So in the end, would I use the Holtzmanns on my next project? The answer is very much yes.

Very pleased with the final product. The worker was professional and very efficient with all tasks. I highly recommend this company. The drywall guy is an exceptional taskmaster with great attention to detail. I had no idea it would look this good. I’m glad I undertook this project and I’m glad I chose TWD.

I have a tiled master shower walkin with a pan leak. I liked what I read on their website about how they conduct business and most important, how they build their showers. I called week one, no answer-left a message. I called week two, left a message. Week three, nothing. No call back, nothing. I don’t get it but I’m guessing they don’t need the work. Too bad, they were number one on my list. Moving on.

Just being honest...Staff walked out in the middle of our project. Our counter tops were lost, but after our own phone calls they were found. The cabinets are terrible construction. Measurements taken wrong leaving under floor exposed & used ugly trim to cover it. Ceiling raised & so uneven special trim had to be made. Wrong color cabinets installed. I was told its all in the lighting & that I signed off on the color which I did sign, but in planning we picked a color & told them that we absolutely did not want the color installed. Project took almost 1 year (11 months.) There were days that workers did not show up. We had to call to find out why. We were told many times, so & so would be here & after waiting all day, it would be another no show. We are just happy this is done. My husband will fix the small thing that need to be fixed.

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! n July 2022, I was looking for kitchen cabinets for a rental property and had already placed an order with Home Depot when I realized that the wait time would be 12 weeks. I canceled the order and quickly looked around for other options. A Google search led me to Stellar, where I read the numerous five star reviews. The showroom is near my home, so I stopped by to take a look, and the rest is history. Sean walked me through the process in great detail. He also explained that the company employs local carpenters to do the actual cabinet manufacturing, which was a big selling point for me. The products themselves are high quality - incomparable to Home Depot pressed wood. The price was reasonable, given the superior quality of the materials alone, but that’s not all. Sean came to the property within a day and took the measurements. In practically no time, he’d done renderings and created a quote for me. I knew in advance what the installation dates would be for the cupboards and countertops, as well as when I’d be expected to make the three payments. I decided to take the plunge and sign with Stellar and I am 100% happy with my decision. Not only does the kitchen look beautiful, the hardware, cabinets and drawers are made to last. I chose a quartz countertop, and Stellar was able to cut two additional bathroom vanity counters from the same slab. They also provided and installed the two new under mount bathroom sinks. I had done my research on the costs of all of these improvements through Lowe’s and Home Depot, and Stellar is absolutely competitive. They are a small company, and I appreciated the direct contact with Sean, who knew me by name and didn’t view me as an order number in his computer. I should add that ours was certainly one of his smallest budget jobs. I could go on and on, but I think this review makes it clear that I strongly recommend Stellar to anyone who’s looking to remodel or build, regardless of budget.
