Best New House in Phoenix AZ

My family lives in one of the historic districts of Phoenix. We had Homework Remodels convert our old garage into a guestroom. The work entailed adding a bathroom, plumbing, electric, storage. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any work.

Our bathroom is so gorgeous! Next is our kitchen, I'm so excited. Looks like a gorgeous new home!

Holtzman did a fantastic job with my new kitchen. They delivered exactly what they said they would. My kitchen now looks like it's straight out of a catalogue. Although it took more than expected due to materials being on back-order, I couldn't be more pleased with the final outcome. Thanks to the entire Holtzman team for a great remodel.

THIS PLACE IS A SHAM. I GOT A $26,000 BID ON STUCCO/PAINT FOR MY HOUSE. I CALLED AFTER THE FELLOW LEFT, HE COULDN'T EVEN TELL ME WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO WITH THE WINDOWS. I GOT IT DONE FOR LESS THAN 1/2 THAT PRICE, AND I AM VERY SATISFIED.

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Robert and Ana of West Haven Builders were wonderful to work with. We had a limited budget to repair damage from mold in our rental unit. They were more than happy to give us a line item estimate so that we could see the cost of each part of the total project. Robert had creative solutions that helped us cut costs . When we received the final bill, some of our items came in under the original estimate and we were charged the lower price. Robert and Ana were always on time and always kept us updated on their progress. We highly recommend West Haven Builders LLC for all construction projects. We will definitely use them again.

had a great experience with Arthur Gambino who came out to give me a quote on building the backyard of my dreams. Arthur was very professional and did a free 3D diagram on how our backyard would look. There was no pressure and he really listened to my needs. Unfortunately, we did not use republic west yet, but we plan on working with this amazing company in the near future.
