Best Installation Plumbing in Phoenix AZ

Before we needed our remodel we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on KTAR and we know that they did good work. The sent out a design person and came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but there quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I picked up my cell phone and found Allure and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to John (Houser) about giving us a bid. He came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a bid. I simply asked John what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said everything. I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Allure was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. John turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects
of the remodel. The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel, give John a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Allure has done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. This company came out to give my elderly grandmother with dementia a quote. For reference, I have worked in the one day bath remodel space for about seven years in the Midwest. I know the price points and I know the sales tactics. This specific salesman that visited my grandmother originally quoted her $22,000 for a bathtub before eventually dropping down the price $6000 to $16,000. Obviously, he was trying to price gouge her if he was able to drop the quote down to $16000. It’s really sad and disturbing that companies like this are still able to operate when they run such an unethical operation. Stay far away from this company , they will take advantage of you if they have the opportunity, regardless of your mental capacity.

The guy described to me all the steps of bathroom remodeling, the whole team was punctual and paid keen concentration to every small detail that anyone else might have skipped. Their positive approach throughout the project is highly noticeable.

Crafted Remodeling just completed over 1500 sq ft of wood look tile and base board for the main floor in my home and the result is simply exquisite. From demo, to install to final completion Mike and his team were superb. The intricate pattern for the circular entryway looks simply awesome. Mike is one of the most communicative contractors I have ever worked with and his responsive times are always amazingly quick after receiving a text or call. He was on-site almost every day and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcome. No hesitations in recommending Mike and his team.

Sales and estimator Jim Blackburn worked with us from beginning on our shower and bathtub conversions on two bathrooms. Customer satisfaction was guaranteed and delivered throughout the project. We revisited our options and found re-bath to be the top rated. Victor worked on our project and respected our home. Maintained communication and worked hard, accomplishing both bathrooms with top notch work. Great job team. Great compliments from the inspector during the inspection. He shared his experience with me that re-bath has has not disappointed, putting out great craftsmanship in the valley.

The crew was very dedicated and hardworking yet down to earth. They kept the project on track and made sure there was no inconvenience. Hats off to the hard work.

Design and estimate had serious issues, but their workmanship was very good.
The main purpose of our remodeling was to have more room in the shower area; this purpose was very clearly emphasized when discussing the initial design with the consultant. The design consultant (a very nice and socially skilled lady, but new to the business) designed the new shower and remodeling details and gave us the estimate around 12k.

After a few weeks of waiting, the first day of the work was done, the old shower removed and the new base installed; I noticed that the available area actually looks smaller than our previous one! Could not believe a mistake like that, so I measured it and discovered that the useable area of the shower stall was actually smaller than the one we had previously. So, we stopped the work and called the designer. She admitted that the inside area was smaller, but when designing, she has measured it with the outside perimeter measurements; an honest mistake.
The problem is when she redesigned the bathroom, so much more work needed to be done with removing the adjoining tub and re-centering the drain, etc. that the new estimate was 20k, almost two times more than the original.
Re-Bath did not accept financial responsibility for any of the extra cost or the delay and the very long inconvenience of redoing the job.
Obviously, if we had this estimate of cost and duration to begin with, we would not have started the job with them; but it was not possible to stop it at that point. We had to go about 6 weeks without the use of the shower in the master bedroom and deal with the inconvenience of using the guest bathroom instead.

We reached out to this Rise Above by referral, and they came out to our home, measured, and spent a lot of time understanding our needs, which are all rather basic: media wall, small guest bath remodel, and tile flooring. We kept getting promises of we'll gt back to you in a few days over and over, and then after a month, Colton claims, I am in NY till next Tuesday. I was getting double checked on what I want to put together for your wall... as soon as I get my double check approx, I will let you know.. Another week goes by w/ nothing, then Colton promised that they will shoot you the numbers by Friday. Fri came and went, and after another week, Colton emails,... we are going to pass on your home project. A lot of the changes you are asking for are just not our specialty...

What??! They said onsite in our home that this is exactly what they specialize in, and it is all very basic.

Update: Spoke w/ Bret who noted there may have been an attitude issue (Colton's??) and would personally come out to our home to review, and confirm who is blowing smoke. That was days ago, and Bret has failed to contact us as he promised.

We're very frustrated ...Rise Above wasted a lot of our time, and now we have to start all over. Don't waste your time w/ Rise Above.

We did an entire interior remodel on including all new tile floors, new kitchen, three bathroom remodels and entire home interior painting. The final project turned out far better than we even imagined. Jeff and Andrew were always responsive and had great design ideas. Construction quality was outstanding. I would highly recommend this firm.

Justin has been a joy to work with! He arrived on time, explained what he would be doing, walked us through any questions we had, and left everything each day clean up. He was very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend!!

Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote.
