John and his crew did a fabulous job refacing the cabinets in my kitchen. They were very professional, on schedule and within budget. The workmanship was excellent, down to the finest detail. They will definitely handle my next bath or kitchen project!

We were fortunate to have Russell and Oscar here to install our new shower wall system, slip resistant base, grab bars, shelves and plumbing. They expertly removed our old dated tub, old plumbing and fixtures, shower door, shower walls and drywall. This was my first time doing any remodeling job and it went GREAT. I had the kitchen totally redone all the  way to the studs. Every step was explained to me and there were many options. The PRICE DID NOT CHANGE and the service was great.

My bathroom remodel was done during the difficult time of the pandemic when there were supply shortages and workmen shortages. The remodel took longer than anticipated and there were a few glitches along the way. However, I am happy in the long run. Holtzman was very responsive to the issues that occurred and made things right. To me, that is a huge plus for them as a company. Problems and mistakes do happen, but how they are handled is the most important factor.

My bathroom remodel budget was going to be less than $10k, they wouldn't even come out and look at it.

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend using Neoteric Builders LLC for your home renovations! We hired them to redo our hallway bathroom. They took it down to the studs and rebuilt a beautiful new bathroom! They offered suggestions as to lighting, electrical, paint color, etc.

The quality of their work is excellent! They are neat, timely, and professional. They kept us apprised at each stage of the work and answered all of our questions.

We are so happy with the job they did that we’ve scheduled them to redo our master bath as well!

XLT Construction made an appointment to give me an estimate for a bathroom remodel. The gentleman came out, took measurements, and I never heard from him again. That would be fine, and the end of the story if XLT left me alone. But on at least 30 occasions over the past 6 months, i have received emails from XLT BEGGING ME to leave a review for them. I bit my tongue the first 29 times, but the harassment was relentless. Every other day I was being asked by this apparently horrible and inept company to give them a review. So THIS is that review: I found XLT unreliable, unprofessional, scary reckless and I company i would not recommend to anyone under any circumstances. This should have been obvious to the owner(s) of the business, given that the original on-site estimator never prepared an estimate and disappeared from the face of the earth. Yet the owners are oblivious to this, consistent with their other business practices, and gambled that i might somehow have something good to say about XLT. I have NOTHING good to say about XLT.

I reached out to Handyman connection and the following day I had an email from Lana Rogers requesting more information about the cover I wanted built over my pool equipment. I sent that to her right away and never heard another thing. I sent another email suggesting that they were too busy to handle my request and still never received an email back. I was highly disappointed as I look and trust reviews about a business. This one didn't work out for me.
