First of all, I called in the morning with an AC problem. The woman that answered the phone heard my baby chattering in the background and expedited the service because she wanted to make sure he was okay in the heat of the summer! Like……….who does that? That was my first hint that this place was going to be awesome.

Then our technician got here, and Octavio was amazing. His humble and honest approach was refreshing, and his professionalism and knowledge were outstanding. He helped me be a better homeowner by giving tips and tricks to run my AC more efficiently on top of doing a quick and effective total system diagnosis. I would call these guys again in a heartbeat!

Technician, Kyle, was very knowledgeable and professional. Clearly described service packages but none really fit my needs. I am committed to continue to have an maintenance check up.

By far the best customer service. Christian worked really hard to walk me through all the steps he was taking to check the unit, reasons why and explaining options. He was very patient and completely thorough in his inspections as well as solutions. They went above and beyond!! I would recommend this company to my friends and family and even tell them to ask for Christian!

Henry with Howard Air came out for a scheduled check on my AC. Henry was very professional and courteous. While providing the service, he explained what he was doing and asked if I had any questions or concerns with the AC. Henry demonstrated knowledge and expertise. and I greatly appreciated the service and efficiency. Thank you very much Henry

Then Green ID came back to sit with me and my wife to evaluate what efficiency upgrades would be best for my current situation. This was not a pressure sales call.
