Although we are pleased with the operation and appearance of the Walk-in Tub, I have since discovered that the installation crew did not fill the hole left in our concrete floor after relocating the drain from the old tub. And they left a large opening in the drywall for the water lines. I'm not sure the workmanship meets the plumbing codes? The tub hides these discrepancies- if you can't see it, nobody will know. But, unfortunately this work should have been completed for what we were charged. Once again, we are victims of a contractor cutting corners for their profit.
We also didn't enjoy the games the Senior Consultant played, allowing us a substantial discount.

A very good experience having my shower remodeled! Andres & Anthony actually arrived on site early. They had a plan in place from teardown of the old shower to installation & completion of the new! Kory showed up to complete the installation team work. From the detailed installation to the presentation of closing paperwork - overall, a very good job!

Installed a new shower in the master bathroom. The installers Wayne & Andrew did a great job. They were very, efficient, and keep there work space cleaned at all times. Both worked non- stop until finished. We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

I wish I could give no stars but I recommend doing your research before doing business with this company. Jeff is very unprofessional! This company lies about their services and what they are giving their customers. I highly recommend not using this company for your windows and if you do make sure your documents are done properly and you are able to clearly read what you are receiving before they start threaten you because they got caught in their lies.

I'm a very satisfied customer. The sales representative Carlos took every initiative explaining the remodel from start to finish. Carlos was quite thorough. The installer named Will was a professional and highly caring individual. He was prompt and the installation seemed impeccable. I recommend this company for anyone looking for a terrific remodel experience. Kudos!

Shane is hands down amazing. After submitting an online inquiry he called within a few hours and came to quote the work I wanted to have done within a week of our initial conversation. He was prompt with his quote and was able to squeeze in one of the smaller jobs (tile backsplash) I wanted to do even quicker than I thought he would be able to. He arrived on time and finished the job and it truly looks amazing. This is the best contractor interaction and remodeling work I’ve seen and been a part of. And I work in the design profession so that says quite a bit. Would recommend Orange Cactus and already have.

Our tub looks better than new!

XLT Construction made an appointment to give me an estimate for a bathroom remodel. The gentleman came out, took measurements, and I never heard from him again. That would be fine, and the end of the story if XLT left me alone. But on at least 30 occasions over the past 6 months, i have received emails from XLT BEGGING ME to leave a review for them. I bit my tongue the first 29 times, but the harassment was relentless. Every other day I was being asked by this apparently horrible and inept company to give them a review. So THIS is that review: I found XLT unreliable, unprofessional, scary reckless and I company i would not recommend to anyone under any circumstances. This should have been obvious to the owner(s) of the business, given that the original on-site estimator never prepared an estimate and disappeared from the face of the earth. Yet the owners are oblivious to this, consistent with their other business practices, and gambled that i might somehow have something good to say about XLT. I have NOTHING good to say about XLT.

The design team at Design Lab was amazing! They helped us renovate our recently purchased home into our DREAM home. They have access to everything you need for a remodel; including high quality cabinetry, countertops, lighting, hardware and tile lines. They made it easy to coordinate the look we wanted throughout the entire home and stay within our budget.

Imagine our surprise when we had the misfortune of cracking our composite sink & needed a replacement. We are relatively new to the state & learned about Petrus Countertops from a friend of a friend, so entered into the relationship a bit nervously. I was very concerned about the replacement given that our granite countertop needed to be cut. It was an unnecessary worry. From the beginning, it was evident that customer satisfaction is top of mind for Petrus. The work (and clean up) was flawless, the estimate was spot on, the installation took place per schedule & overall all it was wonderful engagement. I wouldn't hesitate to use Petrus for any job, large or small. We had a fantastic experience working with Fabio & his team. Thank you, Fabio. You guys are fantastic!!

Absolutely wonderful, beyond our expectation. We love them and are so glad we went this way. The salesman, Bill Johnson was so good, no pressure at all and obviously knows his product. The gentlemen that installed it were efficient, careful and also well versed in what they were doing. As soon as I get the new tile down I'll be proud to start showing them to my friends and family, they've already seen pictures on Facebook but it didn't do them justice.

For a renovation as major as a kitchen, I HIGHLY recommend Premier Kitchen and Bath!! The designer (Bruce) worked with us throughout the process until we were absolutely satisfied with the result. What we appreciated most was that he didn't just take our ideas and put them on paper. He expanded on them and offered his expertise on counter top selection as well as cabinetry. Most importantly, every single laborer involved in our demolition, painting, building, installing, etc, were consummate professionals. They were on time, cleaned up before they left, were extremely helpful and very enjoyable to deal with. A kitchen (or bath) renovation is truly a daunting process but we couldn't have been in better hands!
