Our installers, Chris and Matt, did an AMAZING job transforming our old shower into a new, beautiful shower! We couldn't be happier with the workmanship or the quality of the product. We are impressed by the long lasting beauty we will have in our master bath for many years to come! Beautiful!

First thing I will say is find another company. We had a sales consultant come to our home without a mask to begin with. He looked at our bathroom and gave us a quote of $18,000, I thought that was very high just to remove a tub and create a door less shower. After doing some research we found that to be an accurate price. We were told that someone would contact us about setting up the appointment and since Covid was rampant by then it could take a bit of time. We were called a few days later and the appointment was set for 2 months later, yes that’s right 2 months later. We waited and waited and finally they came and did an amazing job putting in the new shower and it was beautiful. Then we are told that the glass is made from a different place for the pony wall and it would take 2 weeks. Seriously, now I cant even use my new shower. Two weeks go by and I send them a message and they tell me it takes time to make it. After three weeks I sent another message and they told me it had arrived. Thanks for letting me know, I had to reach out to them to find out it was there. They came and put it in and said another 24 hours before we can use it. This company is a waiting game and you would be better off finding another place to get your bath redone. Unless you are willing to wait 3 to 4 months for the process to be completed.

Both Alejandro and Jordon were amazing and friendly! They got the job done quickly and honestly made me feel super comfortable with them working on my bathroom. Both of them were really informative and easy to talk to! 10/10 recommend them doing your bathroom

We redid our walk-in shower. Very pleased with the results. Excellent cleanup. Would have them do another project when the time comes.

I've had Holtzman in to renovate my flooring two times, and both times have come away extremely, extremely pleased with the results. My first time was just a little over 1,100 sq. ft of laminate hardwood - Brandon Holtzman was able to suggest a great product, an awesome look, and didn't play any games with me on the price, making sure to detail all the different items that I would be paying for so there were no surprises once we had him and his team on the job. It went according to plan and on schedule.

The second time around we moved into a bigger space and had to get 2,500 sq. ft of laminate hardwood installed. This time around Brandon and Danny suggested great cost savings/time savings measures and laid down the materials in a way that no other contractor said could be done, all in a price unmatched and on schedule. Was able to meet other members of the Holtzman team (floor installers, carpenters, and painters) and they were all extremely professional and had great things to say about their employer - always a good thing to hear that the company is well run top to bottom.

Of course no job is without its flaws - there were a couple of small items that were missed or needed repair (missed caulking on baseboard, stair trim loose), but in all fairness, with a job this size, small flaws are expected. Brandon made sure his team came out and fixed the issues quickly and with no questions asked.

Will surely come back to Holtzman first for our next renovation project due to their professionalism, high quality, and the great job they've done for us.

I recently had my Primary Shower and Guest Shower remodeled and Rise Above Remodeling was one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. I called multiple companies in the area and many were not even interested in my project or gave me extremely high bids. Rise Above was referred to me by a friend and they were by far the most responsive, honest and reasonably priced companies to deal with. Bret was spot on with his design suggestions and Skylar and his team were extremely professional and communicated well throughout the construction process. I have had no problems with my showers post production and they look great! I would highly recommend Rise Above for any remodeling projects you have - you won't be dissapointed!

Veny and his crew were on time and did a wonderful job replacing our kitchen backsplash. His advice was spot on. Sando and Olivia were extremely professional in their tile installation and cleanup. They exceeded our expectations in every way and when they left our kitchen was not only wonderful to look at, but was very clean and ready to go. Extremely pleased and will definitely use them again.

This is pretty long but so was our bathroom remodeling job. I'm listing the problems in order of seriousness:
Didn't shut off water when connecting new vanity and ruptured a pipe damaging our nearly new carpeting. Removed carpet protection to dry out carpet. Subsequently the painter tripped and dumped a pint of paint on the carpet which also splattered across the bedroom damaging the bed comforter and pillows. He tried to clean up latex paint with turpentine leaving a reeking smelly mess. Had to call in a disaster recovery company to salvage the situation. Touch up done with wrong paint finish so the room had to be repainted. The shower tile not level for glass door installation. It
took 20 weeks to finish from start of demolition when they estimated 6-8 week job. The contract front-loaded payments so no incentive to finish.
The vanity was missing two drawers. They never ordered handicap grab bars nor the door. When shower was finished the hot water limiter was incorrectly installed so there was no hot water making for a cold first shower.
Since there was no dumpster, trash accumulated and wasn't promptly picked up until we complained sometimes multiply. From the beginning and through the whole project, there was poor communications about what would be done when, including showing up unannounced and not showing up when they said they would.

Although this remodelling did not start out as a five star review it at least ended as one. Had a remodelling scheduled with this company. Went two weeks longer than expected and was very frustrating to work with one member of their staff. At least at the end of the day the bathroom looks great, the owner personally came out to apologise about everything that went wrong on the job and made it right.

Paul oversees a skilled, reliable and exceptionally competent team with complete integrity. My husband and I have lost count of renovations done on our home over 33 years. Neoteric Builders is the only company that has performed exactly as they said they would, given us a quality of product beyond our extremely particular expectations, surprised us by addressing any issue before we had a chance to ask and will actually make us miss them now that we've wrapped things up. An unreserved recommendation from us!
