I love that it is a family owned, family operated business. Brandon was excellent in communication throughout the entire process. He was patient with all my questions and if there was a concern, he was prompt to put any worries to rest. They were prompt, dependable and professional. We had an unfortunate situation earlier this year - a slab leak under our kitchen sink - which forced us into doing a kitchen remodel as we lost half of our kitchen during the process of fixing the leak. We received a referral from someone else to contact Bret from Rise Above. When calling Bret, he said he would call me back as he was at another job, and returned my call within just minutes. He was super friendly and responsive. He came to our home to give an estimate in just a few days after my initial phone call. Bret was pleasant, informative and made us feel comfortable choosing his company to do the work. We had a complete kitchen makeover, including removal of a wall and raising the kitchen ceiling. We also had tile put throughout our whole house, aside from the bedrooms. Rise Above also remodeled both of our bathrooms. This was something we've never endured before - a complete overhaul of most of our home. We were nervous to spend the money and have our house completely torn up. We were completely satisfied with the work done to our home. I am a bit of a perfectionist and I felt they had the same care to detail that my husband and I have. They were friendly, responsive and never once made us feel pressured. I would highly recommend Bret, Skyler, Randy and Louis to do any work for you.

We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!

Excellent construction remodel company. They got the job done very efficiently. The tile work they did is beautiful! The crew always cleaned up the job site after each days work. Sandra and her team are extremely talented. Their attention to detail is impeccable and their eye for great design is undeniable. They will transform your visions to reality and you will love your living space. Also the only place you can go to in the valley where everything is sourced in their showroom. You don't have to go to 50 million other places to create your dream home (YAY!).

Quentin and his team do some of the best work I have ever experienced. I recently had pavers put in my backyard and received many bids. Some contractors told me it would take 4-5 days. Urban Element completed the project in 2 days and even rerouted our sprinkler system lining the pavers. They gave us 6 extra spouts ensuring the coverage was accurate for our size lawn. This is what it is about!! I need someone that will do what is RIGHT not what is easiest. Thank you Urban Element for a job well done.

They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.
Just spoke with Robert regarding an addition I'm considering. Hoping to have the crew back on site this coming spring!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I have been waiting over 6 months for these flakes to show up. No communication unless you call them and even then it takes days for them return your calls.

Its seems like the owner is a one man show and nothing happens without him. That would be great except is about 80 years old!!!

I was so impressed with Ernesto from the first meeting we had due to his broad background and the tremendous knowledge and experience he had to offer.
After viewing his extensive portfolio and seeing the range of genres from traditional to contemporary he had mastered, I knew he was the perfect candidate for the job.
When I moved into my eclectic home about a year ago, I was concerned about how we were going to make it more contemporary and to my liking. I knew this would be quite an undertaking for anyone.
Then when Ernesto walked into my home to see what he had to contend with, he immediately had a clear understanding of where the previous owners were going with the unfinished design they had left behind and put my mind at ease.

Jeremy and Jayce are the absolute best! I had an ongoing mold in the wall and a huge portion of drywall cut out in my home between insurance that didn't want to cover anything, companies who weren't eager to help me get back my master bedroom it was a total nightmare. Then I found Jeremy and from email one he was straightforward, helpful and quick with a quote. I had to wait a little while for his service but it was totally worth it. He was very fairly priced and hardworking. Jayce did an awesome job with the drywall, he is for sure a drywall expert! In fact, it looks way better than the rest of my home now because of his skills!
