Best Bathroom Remodeling Project in Phoenix AZ

Awesome! We did a tub to shower conversion and I LOVE our new shower!

I highly recommend PHR for your home remodeling needs! You start off the process with Jeremy, who walks you through the step by steps of how they operate and makes sure that PHR and you are compatible (making sure the job scope fits their abilities/size). It's a very detailed approach and is very informative, regardless if you stick with them for the project or not. Once we signed the contract to start work, we met with Jason, who is PHR's interior designer, who helped us pick out materials and the layout of our office based on an image we had found on the internet. After that was settled, Mark and Ben came over for measurements and to discuss the game plan for the renovation. We requested that the project be done before our new baby arrived and they nailed it! Ben handled the project management side and Mark handled the various subcontractors and a bunch of work. Whenever I pointed out something that was flawed, Mark was sure to take care of whatever the concern was, no questions asked. He was very meticulous in his work and it showed off in the end. Our office turned out fantastic and we are so happy that PHR was able to deliver on time and on budget. Jeremy comes back at the end to make sure everything went smoothly and sign off on the final delivery. We plan on doing more renovations in the coming years and PHR will certainly be the first contractor we reach out to! Thanks guys!

Walk-in Shower Replacement- My existing walk-in shower pan was leaking and Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona offered a great solution! It looks fantastic and my installers Colton & Patrick were very professional and did a great job on the installation! Thank you!

Had to have silicon replaces in our new shower that was installed beginning of February. Josue munoz and Martin Alvarez were the ones that did the work today and it looks better than it did from the installation. Very pleasant, like I said, did a great job and everything was cleaned up when they were finished.

Steve and his crew did an excellent job on 3 bathroom remodels for us. All 3 turned out better than we could have expected. Excellent workmanship, fast and on time. Anything extra was communicated to us clearly and was definitely needed (replacement of rotted underflooring or more tile to raise the height in a shower). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

The guy described things a lot more than others did. The pricing was maybe a little higher but it wasn't out of the realm and the thing I liked the most about them was their lifetime warranty. Highly satisfied.

Working with Don Hughes (owner) & Mike (did all the work) was a great experience. Don was so easy to work with offering great advise regarding tile for both the hall bathroom and kitchen as well as paint colors. Mike was just amazing doing all the work: tile around the bath, removing the large mirrors in both bathrooms and installing mirrors we chose, replacing cabinets in both bathrooms, removing existing medicine cabinets and closing up the walls, painting and backsplash tile in the kitchen.

This was a great experience working with both Don & Mike. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Corey and Matt were great to work with. They were very informative and explained what was needed to do to get the bathroom remodeled. Corey took great care to protect our newly installed carpet. We want to also thank the glass installers who did a fast and accurate install of the glass wall and door.

I inquired via email for a bathroom remodel and the guy who called back left an incredibly rude message. I’d never call them back let alone hire this jerk.

I hired Aqua Therapy Tubs after hiring a contractor to tile my shower and the result turning out pretty bad. I had already spent money on the first guy and was in a bind to get the tile fixed before renting out the place.

The team that came to fix the shower was incredibly nice, professional, and experienced. They were able to salvage most of what the other guy did and delivered a high-quality shower at a reasonable price.

I would definitely recommend them. I wish I'd called them in the first place, but that's what you get for trying to save a buck.

OUTSTANDING!!!Holtzman and all of there wonderful employees have made our remodel a dream. Everyone we have worked with is highly experienced in the industry, prideful in their work, and personable. They have been honest, straightforward, and fair in pricing. They take the time to understand your priorities and provide council through the decision making process. The craftsmanship has been great, they leave our house in good order every day and are friendly to our dog. We have been so thrilled with the remodel they did on our bathrooms that we signed for our master bath and main home flooring.

Current project: Turn 2 beds and a bath into 2 1/2 baths and 2 bedrooms

Holtzman Professionals: Rob is our sales guy-he is highly experienced, knowledgeable, honest, friendly and easy to work with. Mike is our construction managers- He is on top of it, communicative, so easy to work with and cares about the quality as much as we do. Grace is our design consultant-She has made is so easy to make design selections, is patient and creative.

From the initial site visit through to completion of the job TWD were excellent. Our job was fairly simple, but the quality, upfront planning and overall communication was great throughout. Very happy with the work done and would certainly recommend and re-use TWD in future!

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. We hired Better Bath, and could not have been happier with our bathrooms. Everything was handled in a very professional manner. Workers were on time, courteous and efficient. Communication with Mike was top-notch. The results were beyond my expectations. These are true craftsmen. Highly recommended!
