My husband and I recently needed a new master bath shower because our old one (which was the original from when our house was built in 1998) cracked in the bottom. After lots of research, I reached out to Jacuzzi because they were a reliable name, running some great promotions and had beautiful photos of previous work.Christian who came for the initial consult was very professional and personable. He did a wonderful job explaining the difference between all the options that were available to us as well as the materials that Jacuzzi loves to use that were very impressive. We were even able to extend the area of our current shower to give us a larger area. We were sold.It took about one month for our materials to arrive and schedule a day for installation. Justin and Brad arrived promptly in the morning and did a fabulous job removing our old shower and installing our new one. I loved that they asked questions of where we wanted items placed as they went (such as height of shelves and bench) and gave suggestions for anything we were unsure of. They completed the full install in just under 8 hours and it looks beautiful!We absolutely love our new shower and would definitely recommend Jacuzzi to anyone looking for a new shower! You won't be disappointed!

We decided to use Re-Bath to remodel our master shower. There was plenty of communication leading up to the job about who to expect and when. They even sent pictures of who would be coming out. At each step they checked in for placement of shower head and shelves. They were very clean while they worked. Put down cardboard and cloths to protect my flooring. At the end of each day they cleaned up the workspace and sent a progress photo. I was never out of the loop or surprised. They were nice and courteous. I would definitely recommend Brad and his team at Re-Bath for any of your remodel needs!

We just went through Sunset Tile and Bath to have our tub removed and shower elongated. We found this the best experience we have ever had with a business. Everyone who we had contact with from Mark M. to Christian with his beautiful tile setting, Mark R, Paul, the plumbers were all courteous, patient, honest and highly skilled. I normally do not do reviews or recommendations companies unless I REALLY like them, or I REALLY had a terrible experience with them and I want to tell people to stay away!! This one is because I absolutely trust Holtzman and would recommend them to ANYONE looking to remodel their home!! This will be my 3rd major project that I have used Holtzman for. I started using them back in 2008 when Brandon and his crew built my daughters bedroom for her and did other remodeling projects around our house. The bedroom was of course beautiful complete with a walk in closet, custom built in shelving and chair rail in the room. She was so happy! It was beautiful and it was a great addition to the house! I then used them when we decided to buy a rental property and make some changes to update the house before putting it on the market for renters. Things like updating the flooring, countertops and bathrooms. Once again, they did not disappoint! Everything was beautiful and we had renters in no time at all! This time was no different! We decided to buy another property to rent but we were on a strict time schedule! I flew in from out of town, called Judy and told her my situation and that afternoon I was meeting with Paul! By the next day I had a quote and a plan and everything was good!
Yes, there have been delays but that is to be expected. But I will also say, Brandon himself went and did a walk through before things started and found mold and water damage. Had he not done that we would have never known. Some contractors could have just let it go and just covered it up! But of course Brandon let us know and the project had to stop while that was taken care of properly. It just shows Holtzman does care about what they are doing and that they take the time to do it right. I would rather have some delays then have people rushing to get things done and it not be done right.
Yes, I think they are a little higher priced. But I also believe you get what you pay for. I think their communication is great, Brandon always gets back to me. Holtzman has treated us like family since 2008, and they continue to do so through this crazy condo remodel of mine today! So thank you to Brandon and his entire Holtzman team!

Ross recently remodeled our shower. They did an excellent job. Project was done quickly and right on schedule. Ross was also very easy to communicate with before/during the remodel. Happy with the end project! Would highly recommend!

Pro Bathtub Refinishing crew were simply on point and were very communicative & straight forward. Pro Bathtub Refinishing's team showed up on time even after their truck broke down & getting a rental car for the day. Unlike other refinishers, Pro Bathtub Refinishing had professional grade equipment that vented the fumes/smell outside of my home which tremendously helped to mitigate said fumes/smells.

This company installed uneven and subpar flooring.we have been trying to get it fixed for 9 months and the company will not respond or fix the issue. Do not use this company for anything

Home Concepts was the installer of our new tub-to-shower conversion. It turned out great! He was such a hard worker and highly professional. We are extremely happy with the results.

Stronghold was one of the best if not the best home contractor that I've ever worked with. Trevor was attentive and communicative, always available when we had questions or concerns. He offered suggestions when we decided to change directions during the project consultation and was able to offer design services to help us bring the project off the way we had imagined. The quality of his work was excellent, and you could tell by the level of detail that he took pride in his work. We will be using Stronghold Remodeling again!
