I am very happy with my new walk-in shower! Bath for Less staff came in on time and worked quickly to transform my tub/shower into a beautiful Walk-in Shower! Since I am in my 70's and have trouble with mobility, this transformation was more then cosmetic, for me. Thank you to all the staff that was involved in changing my life and my bathroom.

They were always on time and got done that day what they said they would do. We had a very good tech. He always cleaned up and he was very precise on his work. He needed some help with the shower pan since it weighed about 300 lbs and when he installed the shower wall panels that were 8’ x 4’.The tech was very professional and he had great work ethics.

I inquired via email for a bathroom remodel and the guy who called back left an incredibly rude message. I’d never call them back let alone hire this jerk.

I had two bathrooms redone for the shower and bath tub. Professional work done by contractors. Owner isn’t professional and they don’t keep you in the loop or return calls. Lack of communication amongst the employees. Would not recommend to anyone!

The entire staff has been incredibily professional through our entire remodel process. I want to specifically call out Will Stubblefield. Will joined Holtzman a couple days before our project started. We were so lucky that he was our project manager. His communication was tremendous. He was always very honest with us. Will always had our best interest in mind and worked very hard to ensure our project moved along smoothly. He was always available anytime we had a question. I have a tiled master shower walkin with a pan leak. I liked what I read on their website about how they conduct business and most important, how they build their showers. I called week one, no answer-left a message. I called week two, left a message. Week three, nothing. No call back, nothing. I don’t get it but I’m guessing they don’t need the work. Too bad, they were number one on my list. Moving on.

The crew has shown great professionalism and customer service and I have already suggested them to others striving for work done on their house as well. Highly recommended.

We had two tubs resurfaced and they turned out fantastic! The guys were on time, very professional and a pleasure to talk to. I will use them again and have already recommended them to four of our friends. Five stars all around!

My resurfaced bathtub looks absolutely phenominal! It was an old ugly builder beige color, and now it's a beautiful white tub! Pro Bathtub Refinishing recaulked the tub after they were done, and I can't even tell it used to be beige. It looks perfect! The entire process took a few hours and it was definitely worth the money! Have you ever heard of a bathroom remodel taking 5 days from start to finish? These guys were miraculous! I needed a new walk in shower with no edge for my handicapped client who was released unexpectedly from the hospital, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure this happened. Luis and his team do incredible work. They amazed me by leaving the bathroom completely clean everyday when they left. Dust was kept to a minimum, the floor was swept and they even washed the mirrors! That is the kind of detail you can look forward to at Planet Remodel. Communication could use a bit of improvement but the value and quality of work were outstanding.

Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.
