Allure Bath came recommended to us from a business associate who recently had a bathroom remolded and it was beautiful! We met with John who was very friendly an accommodating to our busy schedule and came up with a very fair and competitive price. The proposal was very easy to understand and we paid what was quoted NO HIDDEN COST!! Now we have a INCREDIBLE master bath to enjoy daily! Such a wonderful feeling with my budgeting family! Mike the onsite manager was very family friendly and kept me completely informed on work and progress. The work done in a timely matter and cleanliness of the crew was a absolute blessing. We recently remodeled our master bathroom with Phoenix Home Remodeling. After having at least six other companies come through and give us a bid, we never felt comfortable. Then we met with Phoenix Home Remodeling. They were upfront, honest, and able to answer our questions. We decided to move ahead with Phoenix Home Remodeling for the project. Then entire process was fantastic. We were able to diagram out every single thing we wanted, and they made it happen. We had good dialouge throughout. Every one of their employees was very pleasant, on time every day, and worked with us around our schedule. And the end result is beautiful. We are extremely pleased with our new bathroom. Special shoutout to Lupe on the tile work. It is immaculate.

Everything went well, professional and responsive installers. Only problem is with the floor pan itself. Depressed channels used for quick drain work but they create slippery spots where they intersect and set me up for a fall. Constant use of the hand holds is required. Otherwise, love the new enclosure. Just needs better no-slip design.

Thanks to Homework Remodels for a great job helping me restore my 1920s home. After the restoration was complete on the original house, they built my addition which included a master suite, a laundry room and a breakfast nook. They are very knowledgeable about historic restoration and they knew how to work with the historic society and the city to get the proper approvals and permits needed to meet the historic preservation requirements. They were a pleasure to work with and the new addition looks like it was part of the original house.

Would highly recommend you give Mike Abate at Crafted a call. He and his crew are very professional, always show up on time, are licensed professionals and do amazing work. We used them for our bathroom tile remodel recently and they did a beautiful job. We have used them on a few projects in the past and they always have done great work. Don't look on craigslist for a flooring installer - they won't stand behind their work. I would only go to Crafted because I have the peace of mind to know they do good work and are licensed with the Arizona ROC.

Expensive but really nice and completed quickly

Johnny M was absolutely great with our 2 bathroom remodels! He was always on time, very informative and communicated anytime he needed to let us know about something he was addressing or fixing. Always provided picture updates at the end of the day and was quick to respond whenever we had questions about something. Would definitely have Rebath and certificates Johnny take care of our home! I had two bathrooms redone for the shower and bath tub. Professional work done by contractors. Owner isn’t professional and they don’t keep you in the loop or return calls. Lack of communication amongst the employees. Would not recommend to anyone!

We just completed our second home project with Holtzman Home Improvement, having been very pleased with the outcome and process with our first project a few months ago. Our vision for this project was a little tricky and Brandon worked tirelessly with us to find the exact resources and products we needed to complete our vision. Melanie managed the process and communicated continually with us so that we always knew what to expect. Any concerns or questions that we had along the way were addressed in a timely fashion every time. The workmanship is of the highest quality. We love the results of both projects. We will soon start our third home project and wouldn't think of going with any other company!

Todd Whittaker Drywall did a small remodel In our master bedroom, and from the day Todd came out to talk to us about the project, we felt very comfortable using his company to schedule the work. The estimate was fair and timely even though we had a couple of change orders. We can't say enough about his staff who worked relentlessly from the time they arrived to the time their day was finished. Their cleanup was exceptional! Our project was completed on time based on their original estimated work days. We are very pleased with the finished project, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Great price, no hidden extras, left the yard better than they found it. Will use for all my upcoming projects, big and small.

There were many things that went wrong with our remodel, but I'll keep it rather short.

1. We had two project managers. One got fired. The other was intoxicated on nearly every occasion that we spoke to him. He would angrily call us up on weekends and interrogate us about when the contractors left our house. On another occasion, he claimed that he was probably drunk when he took our call at 3:30pm on a Thursday. So drunk that he didn't remember it. He accused us of lying until he looked at his phone receipts. Our sink detached from our counter about 4 months after completion and after several no-shows, I confronted him about it. He hung up on me.

2. We received a design for our kitchen and we only asked for two things specialized cabinets: a cubby cabinet and a spice rack pull-out. Both cabinets were forgotten about. The spice rack was added after completion. The cubby stayed the way it was because the project manager told us there was nothing they could do now and it would require the tear down of the backsplash. We should have pushed back on this, but we didn't. Our design, in total, was missing the two specialty cabinets we asked for as well as additional cabinets that could not be added due to a lack of space.

3. At some point during the re-install, our dishwasher was damaged. It was placed back in and leaked ever since. Now our new cabinets are removed due to the water damage. Maxum sent a contractor to come look at the damage. He said that Maxum would get back to me. That was a week ago and I'm tired of waiting for them to do the right thing as we have always been patient.

Do yourself a favor and look at their ROC cases (ROC 202770). Two cases have led to discipline or resolution and meanwhile there are two pending cases. Please avoid this company.

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

The team at Rise Above Remodeling was hired to replace our countertops and back splash. After completing several renovation projects with other companies and constantly being dissatisfied with the communication before, during and after the project I decided it was time to switch from the low end bidders to a contractor with an above average bid.

Bret was responsive from day one and took pride in ownership in the work his crew of workers and subcontractors completed. Once scheduled the job was completed within 10 days, which is often unheard of anytime a stone counter-top has to be fabricated.

When friends ask what makes a good contractor i will always tell them that it's all about how they react when things are not right. After the job was complete we noticed a defect in the stone. Bret returned immediately to investigate and support the replacement of the quartz counter-top.

If I had to say anything negative about the experience its that the Quartz counter-tops on the market are not what they're advertised to be. After having the Silestone representative in my home I learned their warranty doesn't apply to the homeowner, the product can't withstand the heat of a crockpot or microwave dinner without the risk of permanent damage. Furthermore, the only chemicals / disinfectant that can be used safely on the product is soap and water. Choose a nice granite / marble but stay away from manufactured quartz.

This was the BEST experience we've ever had with a window installer. Roger and Nick were not only exceptional in their craftsmanship,but their personalities are just so wonderful. Super professional, detail oriented, thorough explained &everything so well. We know all about the quality of the windows we purchased. We can see the excellence in how they took out our old windows and put in the new ones... They finished all of our windows in one day and we hated to see them leave!! Our house feels and looks so much better!!! Can't thank them enough.
