Renovation and Design Concepts transformed my dated and unattractive kitchen into a beautiful, contemporary and functional heart-of-the-home. The RDC Gals worked with me at every strategic point. They designed a new countertop layout to include a functional eat-in bar. They showed me dozens of options for countertops and backsplashes. Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. From the quality of the workmanship to their keen eye for finishing touches, Renovation and Design Concepts fully met my expectations for quality, value and aesthetics. This is an excellent floor covering establishment. They have a HUGE selection to choose from, at all price ranges. Daniel was especially helpful in guiding me through the varieties of carpets and pads, with their respective pros and cons. I may add that the installers were very easy to work with, courteous, and very helpful in restoring the room to its original state. All work and orders actually came in before deadline.

When we set out to remodel our master bathroom, we met with several contractors to discuss our vision for our dream shower. Ivan and his team were timely, responsive, and professional. They demonstrated flexibility throughout the duration of the project and guided us through design choices, while providing multiple options for consideration, which resulted in our shower being even more beautiful than we initially dreamed it could be. I feel very lucky to have met Victor and Marios. To say that they did an amazing job with my flooring would be a woeful understatement, because they really went above and beyond in practically every conceivable way.

When it comes to renovations, unexpected blockers and difficulties can spring up at any moment. When they do, you'll be glad to have Marios and Victor on your side because they are consummate professionals. Their honesty is as impeccable as their professionalism, and it's that integrity and faultless work ethic that ensures that they will see a job through regardless of the potential adversities encountered. I have experienced first hand how they clearly and plainly dictated what work would be undertaken, any potential difficulties, and what remediation ought to be undertaken to move past those adversities.

That tenacity and grit alone would make them worthy of recommendation - but I also have to note that the work they do is really, genuinely top notch. I've come away from this experience with flooring and tiling that looks absolutely amazing. It helps that Marios is an absolute genius with colours, and made artful suggestions that so very clearly paid off with the awesome end results I'm now lucky enough to be enjoying.

Finally, I think it would be remiss of me not to mention that they're just genuinely great people. Easy to get along with, and a pleasure to work with at every stage in the process. I think this is best exemplified by the fact that they have such ready connections to similarly skilled and professional renovators and contractors across the trades, who are happy to alongside them. This fact, I think, speaks volumes about their respectability and expertise.

I feel very privileged to have stumbled into Victor and Marios, because I don't think I could have ended up with a better result working with anyone else. They are a local enterprise, and take evident pride in the high quality of their work. Everything was good, workers are the best

I would not recommend this business-poor quality, poor customer service especially the arrogant owner’s son Dino who can’t communicate and won’t make things right. It took months to get things straightened out and a lot of work on my end.
Thanks for the pat reply. Who specifically should I call since I have always been directed to Dino the manager and he has been nothing but rude and dismissive
