Jeremy and the rest of the team were great to work with in remodeling our bathroom. Although small, it was a technically complex remodel with limited space. They did an excellent job from start to finish, and we were updated every step of the way.

I filled out some form months ago and now they keep calling me. I've told 3 separate associates that I am not interested in a bathroom remodel. They said okay they will take me off their list, yet they called me the next day. I had to block their number, and yet they still leave me voicemails. How do I get this company to stop calling me? I just checked my phone records and I have received 11 calls and 5 voicemails. Please stop harassing me.EDIT: About 30 minutes after writing this review, they called me on an 800 number. I may need to look into a restraining order and/or filing a complaint with the ROC as well.Edit2: Their response below is incorrect. I did not call to make another inquiry. I called and asked them to stop calling me. I blocked so many of their numbers and then they would call me on another number that I hadn't blocked yet. I think I blocked over 5 of their random numbers.

The remodel went very well and was finished in a timely manner. Pablo and McKenzie did a wonderful job.

Purchased over a year ago and they have still not gotten all installed and working. Also owe us a refund on two shower shelves and possibly for tile used in one bathroom (the original bid was to include a tile, but they later said they didn't have that tile. Bid never adjusted). Now they just don't answer the phone or accept faxes. Two people formerly with them have left. Our job and bill still not fiished

Ross turned our outdated primary suite into a beautiful, functional new space. Our jetted tub from 1990 is now a spacious shower outfitted with gorgeous natural stone. What was once our muted yellow stall shower is now a linen closet with ample storage. Floors, paint, fixtures, and the works - my husband and I absolutely love our new space.

Ross was easy to work with, tidy, and punctual. He took my envisioned design and improved it. Ross is very detail-oriented and thorough — you can tell he puts his heart into what he does.

We would definitely recommend hiring Ross for your home remodel needs!

I wish I could give no stars but I recommend doing your research before doing business with this company. Jeff is very unprofessional! This company lies about their services and what they are giving their customers. I highly recommend not using this company for your windows and if you do make sure your documents are done properly and you are able to clearly read what you are receiving before they start threaten you because they got caught in their lies.

Our experience with Legacy was great! I highly recommend them. My wife and I get nervous whenever we just need a handyman. As two women, we figure men know we have no idea what things cost. We've been taken advantage of in that way before. From the moment we met the staff until the very end we trusted that we chose the best team. Our project manager was James. He was so great! It was nice having him around. We felt safe. If you get him on your team, huge bonus! We initially got in contact with several contractors and decided to go with Legacy because of their professionalism, organization and their experience. It just felt like a good fit from the beginning. We needed to take care of some flooding issues and we wanted to expand our master bedroom. Jean, the talented architect, came up with an awesome plan and so far we've had no flooding! (Knock on wood.) They took a little bit longer than we expected to finish the project but only by about a week. We love the way everything looks! It turned out even better than we expected. Kelley and his crew were fantastic. When I first heard about them I was only in the area for a few days and they made time to come meet with me at a property that I was looking at purchasing for my son, who is in a wheelchair, to live in. They not only worked with my schedule but sent me a bid the next day! That property fell through but when the next one came up Kelley met our realtor and son at the property and again got me a bid in record time. They remolded the bathroom to make it full accessible, took out some walls and obstacles in the kitchen to make it very functional for my son, and added ramps to the exterior doors that you do not realize are there. All of the work was top quality and they finished way ahead of schedule. Finally, when it was almost time for my son to move in we realized hat we had forgotten a very important grab bar. Kelley got it ordered and installed before he moved in. I would highly endorse them!!!

I was given a great estimate, it was a pleasure contacting this company. The remodeling expert was very professional, and gave me great ideas on how the bathroom in my main bedroom could be upgraded and given a definite better and improved look. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Luxury Bath of Phoenix did a great job of tearing out the existing shower and replacing it with a new jetted bathtub/shower. They were very experienced and did a fantastic job with the installation. They were also very personable and professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone contemplating a similar project

If anyone is searching for a job, DO NOT apply at this place. They paying $1,200 per MONTH! And they want you to work hard and not to take little breaks after lifting heavy objects plus you don’t get well trained. You’re expected to know things without being taught.

Just completed a total remodel of our home . New kitchen and flooring and room addition . European modern cabinets and custom made for us . We saved thousands of dollars , competed on time . Great job
