Started very well. I knew I was paying premium prices but was assured there was a lifetime guarantee and even scheduled maintenance. Well. I did the demolition and removed the fiberglass tub/shower surround and most of the drywall needed to be removed. After a few reschedules based on my needs and an injury to one of their installers, the guys showed up. Things seemed OK. They use spray foam insulation to fill behind things and were nice enough to add a piece of insulation I provided. Now the problems. I have given them a month to make good on the damages, but now I am just ignored. The installers used my toilet seat to place their tools. This resulted in the Toto $50-65 seat that was almost brand new being scratched terribly. I was assured this would be replaced with no problem. Well, here I wait. In addition...the grab bars are a different model from Kohler than the shower system. It looks odd and less than premium. The caulking job was above average, but I could do better and again...NOT premium. The transition from the shower to my baseboard was pretty sloppily executed--again NOT premium. The installers used my shop vacuum as I told them they could. Problem was the whole bathroom was covered in a fine dust that included the mirrors being cloudy with dust. To add insult--the installers would go to lunch and apparently smoke marijuana. This did not seem to effect their work excessively, but it speaks to unprofessional conduct. My experience started very promisingly but has left a terrible taste in my mouth. I can NOT RECOMMEND these folks. I will post this in an effort to warn others and perhaps now they will respond to my simple request of a new toilet seat. (Over $14K of a bill must have just a tiny bit of profit, don't you think?)

They nailed my vision to a tee and made a process which is usually unorganized, stressful and unpleasant all around, into a breeze. From start to finish they answered any questions that came up, gave us advice on finishes, showed up daily on time and was in constant communication with us about the project. I contracted for a bath tub to shower conversion. Steven and Ashley were assigned to my project. Both were on time and very professional. Steven went over my contract in detail to confirm everything was in order prior to starting the project. After a couple of corrections were made, the work began. They took extreme care in covering all of my furniture and placed tarps down on the floors. I can't compliment Steven and Ashly enough on how well this team performed from start to finish. They're a great asset to Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona and represent the company very well. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone having a desire to remodel their bathroom.

The design team worked with me to ensure every idea was developed fully, and the follow through & workmanship was fantastic. The finished product is really nice & we are super happy.

One thing we didn’t realise is that we would have to repaint the walls ourselves afterwards which we have now done.

We had 1/2 follow ups with the company afterwards for adjustments but they were quick & easy to do.

I had my master bathroom remodeled a couple of months ago. What a amazing experience dealing with Mark and his staff. Mark did a outstanding job working with my wife helping her design the bathroom. Everything turned out better than expected we love our walk in showroom and the quality of the work was top notch. Paul did a great job of coming in everyday to check on the progress and helped out. I have another bathroom that I will need done and I know who I will call. The employee's working there are the best and very good at there craft. If anyone needs a bathroom remodeled this company is the best in town.

Scotty did 2 full bathroom remodels for us! My stress was relieved instantly the minute he agreed to take on our project. Scotty communicated how things were going the whole way through. Holtzman Home Improvement has done multiple jobs for our home, including a large job installing hardwood floors in most of the home. The product quality and customer service were both top-notch, even though pricing was the best we received. Employees were professional and trustworthy. I don't hesitate to recommend them!

I had a Sales Consultant provide a quote on a small stucco job on January 18th. The consultant was nearly 2 hours late past HIS stated arrival time for the appointment. Upon reviewing the quote, it was nearly $700 more than the next “highest” bid. Needless to say, I did not go with TWD, as they obviously do not value the customer’s time or input. *Update* The owners are claiming to have time stamped photos. I have phone logs, showing the estimator didn’t arrive until nearly 2 hours after his stated arrival time. I got a phone call at 10:31 AM, saying he was on his was way (but didn’t actually arrive for nearly another 40 minutes as he “had to stop by the office”), so how is it possible for them to have time stamped photos of my house at 10:35?

Ross recently remodeled our shower. They did an excellent job. Project was done quickly and right on schedule. Ross was also very easy to communicate with before/during the remodel. Happy with the end project! Would highly recommend!

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

I recently had my Primary Shower and Guest Shower remodeled and Rise Above Remodeling was one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. I called multiple companies in the area and many were not even interested in my project or gave me extremely high bids. Rise Above was referred to me by a friend and they were by far the most responsive, honest and reasonably priced companies to deal with. Bret was spot on with his design suggestions and Skylar and his team were extremely professional and communicated well throughout the construction process.
