Craig with ProSkill is the most professional and friendly technician I have dealt with in a decade. He replaced a water heater that a large competitor said could not be done without my first removing built in storage cabinets. The job was done in less than 2 hours. He then replaced a water softener, that took another 2 hours. Everything is neat and clean and I appreciate not being pressured to buy a maintenance agreement like so many other companies do. This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.
