Best Showers Fixture in Phoenix AZ

My wife and I would like to express our appreciation to John and his crew at Allure Bathroom Remodeling for the work done on our master bathroom. The remodeling included the conversion of a bathtub to the shower, installation of a new toilet, medicine cabinet,vanity top and faucet‘s. The demolition was done professionally with an absolute minimum of disruption and mess. The guys are really neat. Michael and Sean were professional and added many personal touches to the work being done. The project came in on budget and was done within the time promised. We give Allure and their staff five stars for a job well done. We would highly recommend them to you if you’re considering a bathroom remodel. !!!! This company is a complete fraud! Run away!!!!!!!!The sales person was asked to leave several time and refused to leave. The company quoted 15k for a 3-4k job. The salesperson pestered my old disabled mother for a check.On another note, they use OSB for shower backerboard. OSB is NOT recommended for a shower area. PLEASE research appropriate types of backer materials.Many of the five star reviews appear to be fake. Take note that many of the accounts that left glowing reviews have only given one review to Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona.

Had a quote for a shower remodel which would only include 2 shower walls, the bottom 42x42 pan and recover shower bench. They will not do glass door or back wall glass due to the shower being a California custom bath and shower design. The salesman quoted over $18000 initial quote and came down to over $13000 if I signed a contract at that moment. Even requested I sign a rejected offer form even though I hadn’t signed any offer as a pressure sales tactic. Buyer beware!

Andrew was professional, timely, and friendly. My bathroom looks amazing! He replaced my walk-in shower with a tub and surround. He replaced my sinks and countertop and installed beautiful tile flooring. He consulted me on any choices to be made, and was very courteous and respectful.

This company has done a fantastic job remodeling my grandfather's bathroom. The owner, Derek, has been involved every step of the way and very accommodating to our many whims. He and all of his employees have a great can do attitude and are super efficient. This is the 1st contractor I have ever had that has started and completed a job in the timeline that that was promised. And every day they left the worksite amazingly clean.

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. Her team worked hard, finished in the proper timeline and were within the budget we discussed. What more could you ask for?!! Definitely would recommend and use again!

Hard workers

We needed to upgrade our hall bathroom, so we started looking online for quotes I was contacted by Home Concepts Custom Remodeling. Candice the design consultant came to our home she was very friendly showed us their product and gave us a really great deal on the remodel. They took care of everything it was really a great experience, We are very happy with our remodel and have had lots of compliments from everyone. Thank you will definitely be using them again.

Great work. We love our kitchen remodel. Owner and employees are very easy to work with. Very trustworthy.

80z neighbor Contracting is top-notch. They are number one in the valley. They have helped me with all my home improvement needs.

UPDATE O5/22/2021
I had a graduation with a party coming up on May 19, 2021 so on 4/26/2021 I gave a completion date of May 7, 2021 & a list of 20 items that still had to be done. Joe stopped taking my calls & he didn't meet this deadline either. In fact, him & his son completed the some of the remaining tasks on May, 18, 2021 after I left an angry call to Joe for not having my bathroom done. There are three major errors; first the shower head is too low & the tub fixtures are silver rather than bronze & Joe neglected to add the two handicap bars. There are other issues but I'm letting those go in order to get the above issues completed. Seven months from start to finish is enough of my time.

I'm a repeat client for Joe Metry, he remodel my master bathroom down to the dirt about ten years ago. He did a fantastic job back then. He took about two weeks to finish. All work was beautifully done. New request; remodeling hall bathroom & kitchen. I gave him the first installment of payment 10/16/2020. I was requesting the project to be done by Thanksgiving, it wasn't. Then I requested by Christmas, it wasn't. During this time there was no communication on his part, we were the ones making the calls & follow up. We called Joe the end of February, we wanted to cancel the job since he had yet to start. He convinced us to stay with him so he started the first of March & we are still not done. We cancel the kitchen remodel & we just want him to finish our hall bathroom. He doesn't have employees, he uses contract workers so save yourself lots of money & contract the work out yourself or find a different remodeling company. I'm filing a claim with the AZ Registrar of Contactors in order to get the project done.
