Best Home Renovation Projects in Phoenix AZ

Phoenix Home Remodel just completed our Master Bathroom remodel and we could not be happier with everything that they did and how they do it. They have a process all set up so you are kept in the loop for the entire remodel. And they will not start the remodel until all components are ordered and received which makes for a really smooth and quick remodel once they start. Rodrigo was our designer and was super helpful in picking out fixtures and providing many choices and advice. Ben and Mark were our project managers and were always very responsive and always let us know when they would arrive and what they would be doing and kept project running smoothly. Lupe did a great job on the tile work and you can tell he is very good at everything tile. Scott did a great job installing the shiplap. And Roy did a great job with the cabinets. I would highly recommend Phoenix Home Remodeling and look forward to using them again when we do our guest bathroom.

Very satisfied with choosing Jacuzzi to upgrade my shower. Awesome experience from beginning to end and everyone was very clear on the details so I didn't have to question if everything was going to be done the way I picked it out.Installers Tommy M. and Johnny F. were great and offered experienced advise along the way. The team at Homework Remodels are the consummate professionals. From the beginning of the process, Steve and his teams quality of work & attention to detail were superb. The design team worked with me to ensure every idea was developed fully, and the follow through & workmanship was fantastic. We even called a couple of audibles along the way, which were implemented seamlessly. I would hire Homework Remodels again without hesitation!

All in all, it was a good job. Had to wait three months to get the job started and had already paid half down. Appreciated the sales person and the contractor that completed the job. Had major issues with the person in charge. Aldo did not agree with the way he ran the business. Will not use them for the second bath area.

My husband and I had our master bathroom completely remodeled. While expensive, the quality of work and professionalism was amazing. The project manager, Omar, was very diligent with responding to phone calls regarding questions we had during the process. The remodeling specialist, Moroni, was absolutely amazing. Besides the demolition day, Mo did the entire project by himself and his workmanship and attention to detail is spectacular. Our new bathroom looks like it could be a page taken out of a catalog.

Great people

Although my small bathroom project is complete, I will certainly not use HHI again. I see a lot of great reviews here. Perhaps a larger project would get more skilled tradespeople, a more organized superintendent, and/or better attention to detail.

Pros:
1. The Holtzman team finished the job.
2. The project superintendent responded to text messages and sent trades back to fix various issues.

Cons:
1. The project was poorly managed and the online schedule is wholly unreliable. Most of the time, teams would not show up on the scheduled day. I would not get a notification when appointments were cancelled. I was told that this was a “glitch” in the system, but it was never fixed.
2. When teams did show up, they often did not have the supplies they needed. Items ordered through HHI were not brought with them or dropped off at our house beforehand. A team was once sent to install a toilet that was still backordered. Tile guys did not bring tiles with them to make repairs (they assumed we had extras, which we did not).
3. My small bathroom project was estimated to take 8-10 weeks, and took over 6 months to complete. Aside from a few procurement setbacks out of their control, this was largely due to teams not showing up and then making repeated mistakes.
4. Quality of work was mediocre and almost every trade needed to return to fix a mistake or oversight. Some examples: (1) There were multiple grout cracks and cracked tiles after the initial tile job. The team returned and fixed the grout cracks (in process cracking more tile) without fixing some of the already cracked tiles. (2) A drywall repairman did not consider the diameter of the light fixture. The light was installed with gaping holes around it. The guy who returned to “fix” it just caulked around the light while getting caulk all over the fixture base. Afterwards, the fixture was missing 2 of the 3 screws. (3) A carpenter installed baseboard trim with obvious chips and did not install door casing. A carpenter returned to finish/fix the job and purchased baseboard trim to go around the door casing (thankfully I noticed before he started). Both trim types were clearly indicated on the design spec sheet.
5. The team damaged the pre-fabricated vanity by leaving scratches in the marble top and multiple chips in the vanity paint (it looked like someone hit it with a step stool a couple of times).

TWD installed an entertainment center in our great room and as always we were pleased beyond expectations. They were prompt, clean, professional, Morgan and his team provided a quality product with excellent craftsmanship. We already have them scheduled for another project and will be using them for our kitchen remodel in the future.

I had a great experience with Brower Remodeling. Project was fair in pricing, we were able to get started right away and work was completed and cleaned up in a week. Ross and crew were always on time and very detail oriented. Would recommend to friends and family.

The remodeling of our Master Bath went very well because of the professionalism of everyone involved. They kept everything as clean as possible and worked efficiently. The whole process went much smoother than any of our many past remodeling projects. and we are thrilled with our new beautiful and functional bathroom.

Endless ads online.... to me this is intrusive and indicates they over-spend on customer acquisition, which of course means they're going to be very, very expensive.

When Mr. Jered came to PJHussey every work order I had was immidiately addressed and repairs were done quicker than I had hope.

Alex did a beautiful job remodeling our bathroom. He is a skilled craftsmen in all respects.He kept us posted and informed at all steps of the project. The work area was kept clean and each worker who came to assist was respectful of our home.

Kelley and his crew were fantastic. When I first heard about them I was only in the area for a few days and they made time to come meet with me at a property that I was looking at purchasing for my son, who is in a wheelchair, to live in. They not only worked with my schedule but sent me a bid the next day! That property fell through but when the next one came up Kelley met our realtor and son at the property and again got me a bid in record time. They remolded the bathroom to make it full accessible, took out some walls and obstacles in the kitchen to make it very functional for my son, and added ramps to the exterior doors that you do not realize are there. All of the work was top quality and they finished way ahead of schedule. Finally, when it was almost time for my son to move in we realized hat we had forgotten a very important grab bar. Kelley got it ordered and installed before he moved in. I would highly endorse them!!!

I highly recommend this company! Very professional, friendly clean. It is refreshing to have had them in my home and feel confident that they will do an amazing job! Showed me all the products before installation, during, and after. I had the tub/shower converted to a shower. Cleaned up so well that it was hard to tell that they were even there. Beautiful work! I love love my shower!!

Paul and the team from Neoteric Builders are extremely professional and great communicators. They were willing to work around our schedule to get our kitchen remodel completed in the shortest amount of time. They told us what to expect every day and delivered on that promise.
