Best Home Renovation Projects in Phoenix AZ

Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

Everybody that came to the house was very professional. I have used them for several projects. At this point they installed my countertops, did my flooring and my bathroom countertops as well. I have a couple more projects for them as well. They gave me a deadline and completed it on time. Very happy with the work they did for me.

The process went smoothly and was totally stress free. Everyone in the team, from the design headed by Simone, through the demolishing and rebuild headed by Dan, were wonderful to work with. They came on time and did what they promised to accomplish that day. Dean, the owner checked on the progress several times and came at the end to make sure all was done to my satisfaction. I am thinking of redoing my kitchen next year, and will definitely use Kitchens by Good Guys again.

Responsive team, timely and professional. Installed Granite on my new counter-tops at a better price and timeline then other competitors that where quoted. Measurements where done professionally and granite cut and installed just a week later with great results.

We love our new bathroom! From design to clean up Maxum Design and Development was superior! Each day the crew worked long hours to make sure we were satisfied. They were careful to keep the demolition mess contained. The crew and Maxum office staff were always available for questions. The work and materials are high quality. We used Orange Cactus (family owned and operated business) for our bathroom remodel as we wanted a shower that would be easy to clean and minimize issues with hard water deposits. We visited their showroom (Ray Rd and the Freeway) and talked to Veronica. Orange Cactus sells and installs Onyx Collection products allowing for a solid surface installation with minimum to no grout. She came out and measured the bathroom and gave us estimate the next day. The installers did a great job installing the shower and counters and the area was always clean. I would recommend them and intend to use them again for our other bathroom. They also do kitchen remodels.

Sent a request for a shower rennovation quote on their website. A few days later I get an email telling me they only work in the north valley, citing east valley cities they wont do work like Gilbert, Mesa, etc. I respond with my location in the west valley-not sure if I’m “north” enough for them but either way I expected at least the courtesy of a response of either they wont work in my area or they will. A week later, still no response. Also, when they first responded they said their first opportunity for a quote would be Feb 20, 3 weeks out from my request. I guess they don’t need the work. Wouldn’t hire them now just for being rude and unprofessional.

Rebath upgraded both of my bathrooms in my townhome. The process, from start to finish, was incredibly smooth and painless. The cost is pretty competitive and their products have decent warranties on them.

The free in-home consultation was a breeze, and I didn't feel like I was being upsold at all. My consultant was Jim Blackburn, and he was helpful and informative and attentive.

The entire process took a week, and the technician was great. He was professional and courteous, cleaned up every night, and would give us a run down of what he was doing each day.
