Windshield replaced for my 2022 Honda CRV from a rock hitting it on the highway. I called my insurance on Wednesday and was able to get an appt with Universal Glass to come 2 days later. They gave me a time window and were here within 2 hours. They came to my house and replaced it in my driveway in 45 minutes. The serviceman was super nice guy.

Next day another guy came and calibrated the windshield camera.

I don’t give out my recommendations for things like services (I’m afraid that You’ll blame me if your experience ends up being different than mine). But this is the second time I have used their auto glass repair and both times they were on point with everything. They get my signed and sealed stamp of approval!

VERY RECOMMENDED. Had Top Line replace my windshield on a moment's notice..... they came to me with a 2 hour window. In which they were there within a half hour, Boom! He was done another 30 minutes. 2 days later I washed the car just to be sure..... no leaks!!! Today I had them remove and reapply tint on back window. Sure enough they did another great job. Thanks Carla for coordinating everything.

Very satisfied with the new windshield as well as the professional service. Dwayne was efficient, charismatic, and exceedingly knowledgeable in regards to my questions/concerns. Needless to say, I don't have any further concerns! The replacement was exceptionally quick yet Dwayne provided quality performance from start to finish.

Made appointment- Clayton the tech came on time very nice and helpful, told us to get the pillars for the sides and retainer its better when fixing older car (2012 mini cooper S convertible). Everything went great till I called the office to reschedule the appointment ( wait on the pillars) got to talk to Heather- she has no clue how to handle customers she lies and had the nurves to call back the following week and asked for my husband who she never dealt with acted like we didn't speak before and she told me the owner doesn't feel comfortable doing bs with us ??
With all the glass repairs/ replacement companies out there HEATHER LEARN ABOUT CUST SERVICE.

Good price on a used auto replacement! Could have got a new one but a used glass works for $50 savings on 1993 car. .
