I had two sets of French doors that needed to be replaced. Interviewed 6 different companies before choosing Energy Shield. The doors they carry are of excellent quality, but where I was most impressed is with the guys who did the work. On time, courteous, very skilled, and detailed oriented. They had a couple of challenges during our job that didn't phase them at all, and the finished job exceeded my expectations. Everyone I've dealt with at the company have been truly excellent! Highly recommend this company!!!

Got home to a broken window around noon, had the replacement in before 5pm the Friday before 4th of July weekend. amazingly fast and kind.

I am in the process of renovating my master bedroom. Part of the renovation included installing a large three panel window on my north wall. I had a small window already there. I had the contractor frame out the space in the wall for the window, but it was a weird fit because of the size and spacing of the wall. (This was an older home). I needed a custom fit window. I googled for it and Superior Glass was the first one that popped up. I gave them a call and they came over that afternoon. They provided me with a free onsite estimate that was way cheaper than I expected and ordered me a custom window that same afternoon. The following week, the installer brought the window and needed materials and installed the window in no time at all. He even cleaned up his materials and the area from the installation process and mess. It was so easy and complete. I am elated with my new windows and how painless it was to get them installed. They were a great value too! I recommend Superior Glass for all your window repair/ installation needs. They truly care about the customer and take care of you. If you ever have an issue with your window not going up or down, CALL THESE GUYS! My window recently stopped working and someone tried to steal my car, i was in a frenzy to get it fixed before nightfall.. I called around and every mechanic i talked to quoted me over $350.. One shop told me it would be 150 just to open up the door panel and see what was going on... needless to say i decided to do some shopping around and i found Phoenix Power window repair.. They are very professional and friendly and get this; He came down, opened up my panel got my window to roll back up, discovered it was only the switch and would be a much cheaper fix.. Last night, i didnt pay ONE SINGLE DOLLAR for the work he did! He even referred me to a guy he knows at an auto parts store to get a new switch and offered to install it at a cut rate.. Some Mechanics are like Lawyers, but these guys are definitely honest and official, thanks Phoenix Power Window Repair!

Angel called and said he would be here in 20 minutes. He arrived and within 45 minutes I had a gorgeous window that made the room perfect. Honest guy fixed my window,, with no tools and no charge in 5 minutes. All other places wanted $100 and for me to purchase a window motor as well, Broadway auto glass will fix all my future problems. ?? Thanks { Junior} glass tech.

Horrible company, spoke to a guy at 9:25a, stated he would call me back within an hour or less, to confirm if someone / tech would be able to come out to my home today. Never heard back. I called back at 11:31a, following up. He said a tech would be there at between 1p - 4p. No show. Called at 4:26p, a very unprofessional lady answered, sounded like I woke her from a nap. She stated the tech was on the way. Then the same guy I spoke to in the morning was in the background saying the tech is going to text you now. No show or text. Called at 7:23p. No answer. Don't waste your time with this HORRIBLE company.

Was recommended by a family member. Everything started out great, but Candy almost ruined our experience. She was rude to my insurance company but I brushed it off as being a claims rep thing. Then I called from 8:45 in the morning to reschedule because there was no way I'd make me appt on time but no answer. Candy claims someone called but no one did. When i told her i was running 15 mins late she said there was no one there to service the car and all she had was a 1pm appt which would not fit my schedule. I told her I would have to go elsewhere if we couldn't come soon, she said that's fine. We called back and spoke with karla who was amazing and she took care of everything, thanks to her and Moises we had amazing service and left very happy. Thanks guys for my new windshield!!

Worst service! It's been SIX MONTHS of headaches & frustrations trying them to repair my windows after I already paid them for the initial visit. I had both of the windows of my Mini Cooper repaired in March, and they seemed okay but were going up slower than before. Than after just a week it was clear that something was wrong. They didn't completely close and vibrated in the frame when I drove over 35 mph. I started calling and texting Phx Power Window with no response. It's been SIX MONTHS! During this time, I have been continuously calling and texting! They set-up 3 appt. times and all 3 were NO SHOWS with NO FOLLOW-UP. This is the worst service I have ever had. And now my driver side window doesn't work at all! I will continue to tell all my family and friends about this horrible service.
