Hard to beat the customer service here ... Exceeded my expectations! Professional, yet friendly and fast!

I recently took my vintage 1986 Dodge LeBaron Convertible because my right rear window wouldn't roll up. I had gotten an estimate of $599 to rebuild the motor/regulator. I left the car thinking the worse case scenario. Later that day Angel called me with great news. A small piece of dried weather stripping had wedged in the way of the window. He told me there was NO CHARGE! I am so very grateful to him for his honesty and good will towards his fellow man. You don't find this kind of honesty in the car repair business anymore. God bless this HONEST COMPANY!

The BEST! The entire staff is so sweet and extremely helpful. They helped me schedule my appointment and file a claim with my insurance. The technician (I hope that’s the right term) was so friendly and my windshield was installed and calibrated super quick! Everyone is super personable, knowledgeable, and kind. My experience with Dakota was great. He called when on his way was very polite and friendly. Arrived on time and answered all my questions. Called when he was done and was speedy and professional. Gave me paperwork with all the follow-up info I would needed. He was very courteous and I would recommend him to anyone.thank you.

What an amazing company! My insurance was quoting me a crazy amount and luckily I found this company online and they quoted me a great deal and had my appointment a couple days later . Clayton was fantastic, he met me at work to replace my windshield and was so quick and efficient! Very satisfied!

Extremely fast and affordable. I've fixed the regulator and motor in the same vehicle before and it was a pain. This time around I had 2 windows to fix so I was willing to spend a little more to just have someone else do it. Jason managed to get one window working without having to replace anything so I was only charged for one of the windows. He could have easily replaced parts for both and charged me for both and I would have been none the wiser. Very honest people. I wish there were a way to tip for excellent service but since there isn't I hope this flattering review helps a little. Jason (and his trainee) deserve raises! Thanks again, 5/5 I will use this service in the future and recommend anyone else do as well.

Beware competitors! SafePro has raised the bar of customer service so high you may need a trampoline to touch it. I called and spoke with David on Thursday who quickly arranged that my Kia cracked windshield be replaced at my home on Saturday. I was put on hold for a few minutes while things were arranged with my insurance company. While on hold I did not listen to music, but rather a very educational and amusing narrative that made the time waiting seem too short (other companies should follow this lead). On Saturday as planned, Luis and Kevin arrived. I couldn't believe it, but as I watched, they choreographed the exchange of windshield in less than thirty minutes. They were highly skilled and efficient. Then as a bonus, I received a lifetime chip repair of the windshield whenever I need it. I praise you for your outstanding customer service and will refer my friends to you!

Great group of guys and even better service! I would recommend Auto Glass Clinic to anyone. Gibson was incredibly honest about the severity of the chip in my windshield but was eager to do a great job. Hopefully I do not have any more windshield issues but if I do, I know where I will be taking my car.
