Best Wood Entry Doors in Phoenix AZ

We just had our windows installed yesterday and their service was excellent. The crew, Jose, Alonzo, and on the last day Gabriel were on time, very polite, and very professional. They were careful to cover everything inside the room they were working on and they never stopped moving. They even helped move furniture and remove existing blinds. They cleaned up after each room, sweeping floors and removing the plastic covers from the furniture. Of course, the installation turned out to be on the hottest day of the year, so we supplied some Gatorade. Didn't want anyone passing out! They were in the sun and the heat all day.
Would definitely recommend Desert King. From the first person that showed up to give us a quote to the installers, everything was perfect.

Companies spend many resources maintaining their online reputation, so I was skeptical about this company actually being 5-star quality. I’m happy to say they definitely deserve 5 stars, across the board. I had 6 windows installed, including one large custom one. The installers were very professional, courteous, and communicated effectively with me. From the sales side, it was pitch free and the pressure was non existent. The pricing was the best I found. I used three different companies to replace a total of 12 windows, and energy shield was by far the easiest to do business with, and I had good experiences with the other 2, so the bar was already high. The work itself was beautifully done and they cleaned up very well! The foreman went above and beyond and even got rid of a large junk pile I had sitting in the backyard, and wouldn’t take a dime extra from me even when offered. Based on my experience, I think you will get honesty, integrity, and quality from this company.

There’s a very good reason reason why this guy has a five star rating with that many reviews. He’s honest and straightforward. Too bad he doesn’t service our area otherwise we would’ve absolutely going with him.

What can I say, Greg and team are professional, responsive and on-time. They went above and beyond to deliver a quality product quickly and skillfully. Greg's expertise and advice truly helped to make the experience and the outcome terrific.

Big thanks to Thomas, Brian, and Jason. We couldn't be happier with our new windows and sliding door. Huge improvement over the stock builder grade windows. The no nonsense unbiased expertise provided in selecting our windows was refreshing to say the least. No gimmicky sales pitches or bias towards a manufacture. Just facts. Not to mention no one could beat their prices! Highly recommend Red Rock Windows & Doors!

I met with Ron Kelley from Renewall by Anderson several months ago. He sold me on their most energy efficient windows for the hot desert environment. I purchased 11 windows and 1 sliding glass door. It immediately cut down on the heat from the sun's rays, dust and the noise. With the old windows, you could stand in the sun's rays and get a sun burn. Now you can barely feel a difference from the sun to the shade inside the house. There was a reduction in the power bills too. The installers were very professional and did a thorough inspection of the casement frame and walls. There was no mess or clean up after they completed their work. They made sure I was satisfied with the anesthetics of their work and made sure I had the appropriate tax documentation for these new energy efficient windows.

We feel like we rediscovered what great customer service looks like with IllumiNation Doors & Windows. My wife and I needed to replace wooden french doors. We got bids from several companies but Rick listened most carefully to our needs and provided knowledgeable solutions with several options. He went the extra mile to meet our needs including making some changes to the original order. The installation team was ontime, efficient in their work and cleanup. Again, they were attentive to our needs while they worked. Everyone we came in contact with at IllumiNation is friendly, courteous and very helpful. Good place

We contacted Renewal by Anderson in October of 2021. We met with a representative and were very impressed by his presentation. We ended up purchasing 2 basic sliding glass doors that were estimated to be put in by late December early January. We got a call in November saying the door were done, and the instillation team should be calling us to schedule the install. After almost 3 months, no one contacted us so my wife reached out to them. We then received a text message saying our doors were not made, but to reach out to the install team. We are now estimated to get our doors in April. I've tried contacted Bob, and several managers and have gotten no response. I would never recommend this company. They only care about the sale and after that you are set aside. Their customer service is the worse I've ever dealt with.

RemodAZ has had their license revoked by the Arizona ROC (327194) after 35 disciplined complaints (currently 17 others open) and have been negatively featured on the local Arizona news (Let Joe Know!).

I hired RemodAZ and was one of the “lucky” ones that actually had work performed. “Lucky” (in quotes) because the wait (7 months) and quality of the install was not great. I’ll spare the complete list, but the big two are: One of the installed windows did not seal/close. The doors installed were not sealing and falling off the hinges due to a bad install.

My issues were only looked at after getting the ROC involved. RemodAZ came out and did the absolute bare minimum before abandoning the project again. Then their license was revoked.

I am still picking up the pieces via additional contractors I’ve hired to clean up their work.

Note there is review manipulation for this company on sites like HomeAdvisor (out of state reviews) and Facebook (shell profiles recommending). Do your research before hiring any contractor.
