I had two very large wall mirrors, from floor to ceiling height, and had called many places to see who could remove them. Either for the cost or liability reasons, I wasn’t very confident till I called Best Glass. They were so helpful and honest, from the moment I booked for the guys to come out to the time they were done with the job. They were so quick to get it done, arrived on time, called before coming, removed the mirrors in one piece (it was ok if they broke on my end, but they did their best to get them out perfectly...and they did), and even cleaned up after!Honest company and great service. Highly recommend them!

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Our first time in, staff was very helpful, however we did come prepared with our drawing, template, and measurements.

On February 22 we had Affordable Window of Gilbert install fifteen Simonton double pane insulated windows to our home. We couldn't be more pleased. They look great and will value and comfort to our home. Four installers worked efficiently and professionally. They made the work look easy but I'm sure it wasn't. With every construction job there is a mess to clean up and they left without a trace. My wife and I highly recommend this company.

They came out measure my window and I was going on vacation in about 3 weeks. They said they would need a deposit. I read the reviews and at that time all reviews were bad saying they'll take your deposit and never do the work. I called back and said I couldn't do a deposit due to the reviews, I offered to just use another company if he was not ok with that. He explained it was his brother who did the bad business not him, so he wouldn't make me do the deposit as it was only $350. He sent the quote, I approved it. He called a week later saying he will be able to do it the following Wednesday. Next week came and I couldn't get ahold of him. He never did return my texts or calls. So I had to go in vacation with a busted window. I absolutely wouldn't recommend these guys. They're shady business.
