Best Single Sliding Windows in Phoenix AZ

Desert King is AMAZING. From start to finish was smooth and seem less. We were in a home with single pane metal framed windows, and they were terrible. Desert King came in and helped us find a beautiful energy efficient window that met all our needs. Would definitely recommend!

I had two existing sliding doors replaced and they did a phenomenal job of minimizing any damage to the surrounding area as they removed and installed two well-made new sliding doors. They were careful to be neat and clean in the areas they were working in and kept me in the loop about what they were doing the whole way

The only problem with this company is that their tech's are not covid vaccinated. They think nothing of going into people's home unvaccinated.

They did an amazing job on my 4 panel sliding door. The workers were very professional. They left my outside patio cleaner than it was when they started.

Sevy and his team at A Pro Windows and Doors have again done a great job sealing my doors and windows at home. When others wanted to sell me new windows, he was honest, explained the problem, and fixed the problems quickly and inexpensively. I have used Sevy's services many times over the years and have never had a problem whether it was my house or my commercial building, or my RV. I have not found a problem that he couldn't handle. First of all, we are not picky customers. We tend to look at the good side of things and think positively. That said, we are not at all pleased with the services we got from Affordable Windows.

When the salesman, John came to our house and gave the first estimate, everything seemed fine. He was polite, knowledgeable, and not pushy. The quote was competitive. So one week later, we called and asked for a contract. When he came back again, he said there was an error and there would be a ~20% increase from the initial bid. We don't know how unprofessional this is, but since he was at our house already, we didn't want to turn him away and signed the contract anyway.

The day on the installation, we noticed that there is this picture window, which we specifically picked an obscure pattern for, that has been made as clear glass. We called the office and asked for refund. But we were told that we need to pay for it. Excuse me? We were told these were custom made windows and they could not resale it. But ask for a customer to be responsible for a mistake made by the contractor? Although we finally got a refund for the window (but not the labor, which they said it's all included), we are very disappointed with the services we got from Affordable Windows. I don't think they will get the business again from us, which we are planning for some of our rental properties.

I did give it two stars, due to the professional installation services from their crews.

They have a minimum to buy. This is not a company that you should deal with.

Avoid this company at all costs. Signed the contract with Trevor (even though I didn't like the high pressure technique) February 2020. It's now March 2021 & my house only has 3 of the 5 windows they were suppose to replace done. The 3 windows that were installed last year are subpar at best. One of the windows was clearly too small & they used a bunch of small wedges to make it centered & did a terrible job of sealing the gaps. The owner, Tammy, came out once in the summer & tried to say they wouldn't continue with any other windows being installed because my home had a roof leak!! But she told me not to worry because she knows a great roof guy! BUYER BEWARE when a window company is trying to sell you a new roof. This company is terrible. When they finally called to say they have the other 2 windows in stock they can't schedule the install until the last week of April 2021, literally 14 months after signing the contract. They never call back, customer service is non-existent & literally the new dual pane window they installed leaks more air than the original single pane 1990 window it replaced. Multiple times I've requested to just call it a wash & have them void the rest of the contract since they can't deliver on the windows & they refused. When I said how the new window installed was terrible Tammy said she'd have the window manufacturer get in contact with me, that never happened. Avoid this company at all costs.
