After removing the door panel myself and seeing that my window was not functioning due to a broken plastic tab on the power window regulator (harness), and verifying that the motor still works perfectly. I took the car to a nearby Gruelich's repair shop. They informed me that they'd have to diagnose the problem and get back to me in a couple hours. After 4 hours, the assistant manager called me back and said that both motor and regulator are shot and need to get replaced. All of it was a package deal, priced around $450 that would take over a week to repair! I politely declined the repair and called Power Window Repair and was told that they could complete the repair in about an hour an replace the regulator with an all-metal unit with life-time guarantee. Unfortunately, they were wrong about the replacement time: it only took them 1/2 hour! And, with a total cost if $229!You guys are awesome and I look forward to recommending you to anyone with power window repair needs.

I reached a lot of different businesses, others quoted me a price I couldn't afford. I eventually phoned Phoenix Mobile Car Glass at that point, and they not only returned my call but also came to my house the very next day with the component at such a low price. My ? glass repairs were completed within a few hours after they washed and cleaned my vehicle and replaced the shattered component. I had a great time working with them.

I've used them 3 times [twice for full windshields and 1 patch] and when I went to their Tempe location and had it done there it was done 5 stars all the way and not through insurance....today was through the mobile service and through my insurance. Today tho was severely lacking in my opinion based on my previous experience. My car was left a mess in the interior, whereas it was not previously. I had a couple stickers on the window (oil change and LYFT logo) and asked if they wanted me to take care of those or would they and they said they would AND they would put them on the new windshield for me! I was thinking this is amazing and was grateful (one less thing for me to deal with you know). When I checked my rideshare sticker on the windshield it was too high and looked like they stuck it to the ground first before the window. Luckily, I had a new one in the house I could replace it with. There was sticky stuff (somewhat dried) smeared on my dash. Something smeared on my seats, dirt maybe? (The smears looked like fingers dragged along the upholstery.) The biggie though...the DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW was scratched. Now, before someone says, couldn't it have been scratched before the glass was replaced? No, I had just washed my car before the work was done and I'm very OCD about my car and cleanliness. The scratches weren't there.
So, my takeaway on this experience. The location is either better or they handle your car better if you are paying cash. The mobile unit needs to be more respectful of other people's stuff and carry a DustBuster. I need to always go to the Tempe location since it is just down the flipping street, because they do it better in-house than mobile. Then I hate to ask myself...but, do I use Safelite next time I need a need a full windshield or try SafePro again? That is the question isn't it. **I tried to take a photo(s) of the damaged window, but the glare made it impossible, my apologies. If I can get one later an update this with it I will.**

To say this shop is professional would be a lie. The seals on my window already look to be coming off and the shop owners son damaged and scratched my vehicle. Upon informing them they denied all accountability so I'm now in the process of taking them to court. Also had his ignorant wife attempt to get in an a+b conversation for unknown reasons.

If your look for professional, solid, good work look elsewhere. Always remember you get what you pay for.

They replaced my windshield when it was close to closing time. The only thing was they left my car dirty.. The windshield was dirty to the clumps of dirt on both side where he stepped on & some white stuff all over my screen & dash ... They also put some black tar looking stuff on both sides of the top windshield which looks messy. These are little things but I like to give an review. Overall they had great customer service..
