Best Residential Home Window Repair And Glass Replacement in Phoenix AZ

My wife and I had our homes window replacements done by AZ Valley Windows this past week and we were so satisfied with the work that was done to our Phoenix home that we ended up contacting them back and are now getting a quote for our kitchen cabinets refacing work. We loved working with Dan and could not be happier. We also pan on replacing our exterior doors in the near future.

Corena has a great customer service attitude. Her knowledge of the glass replacement was great she answered all my questions. Very courteous over the phone I would recommend you calling her if need glass work done.

Not only fixed my broken bay window but changed out the rollers on my patio door. Work was awesome and even better than I thought. I am so grateful to them. I'm very happy with the results.

I just had all of my windows replaced by LEI. Everyone I spoke to was professional, kind, and informative. The actual installation was efficient and seamless, the guys didn't leave any trace that they'd been here aside from my beautiful new windows.
We've had the windows for over a week now, and have noticed a huge difference in the heat surrounding the window area, there isn't any! I'm looking forward to enjoying these windows all summer, and for years to come.

We could not be any happier with our experience at Lasting Impressions. We just had our new door and sidelight installed today, and it is beautiful. The installers did a fantastic job! The service we received from day one was professional and courteous. We initially had to put a temporary hold on our order given an unforeseen circumstance, and Mark was incredibly accommodating. We feel very fortunate that we made the initial stop into this store when we started looking for a new door. They were thorough, detailed, honest, and there were no last minute add ons or surprises. Tarry was very informative and patient with me as I tend to be indecisive. However he was always willing and available to answer my texts and endless questions. The day of the install was so fast and easy. I LOVE my new folding doors!!!

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

FRAUD!! SCAM!! They basically forced/bullied us in to financing window replacements with their financing company, took the money that was shelled out as an advance (was not supposed to be paid out until work was completed) and completed ZERO work. I've filed with the BBB, ROC, and submitted to Channel 3. On my way to get legal representation next. At this point the only thing we want from these liars is that financing to be revoked for work NOT done. Oh, and did I mention, said financing company said there was an interest free, no payment due period until 11.2022 but they have reported this account to the credit bureau's as being LATE (so now we are fighting with them too). Unbelievable. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?? Make sure you read all the reviews, currently they have five ACTIVE ROC cases and their license expires this month (no submissions to renew either). They do not call clients back, they do not perform contracted work. The owner, Tammy is living high on the hog with all of our financed dollars. SO many people are in the same boat as us - makes me wonder if we should all ban together and file a class action suit? It also grosses me out that I had to use a star but you can't post a review if you don't at least click on one.
