Would absolutely recommend, honest and up front throughout the process! My elderly parents had an attempted break in at their home, broke a large front window in the process. Had two other contractors out who told us that the windows needed to be replaced, Duane came out expecting to measure in anticipation of installing a whole new unit, but instead called and told me that we did not need to spend the money on one, and that he would replace the glass right then and there. Definitely one of the last honest companies out there! (The work was excellent as well!)

My Patio door had come off the track and I wasnt able to close it completely, so I panic that I would have to miss work. I googled patio door repair and saw one for Valleywide Glass. Their prior reviews were amazing, so I decided to give them a shot. I called and explained my concern and within 30 minutes of my call, Colten and Ariel showed up to save me from my delima. Both guys were super nice. They explained why my patio door came off track and what I could do to help prevent that from occurring again. Their service was quick, but yet exceptional. Tried calling several times because I needed a window replaced but the phone just rang and rang. They happened to be right near me so I drove by their address and the business that's there is Diamond Granite??? Obviously I went elsewhere.

A few empty promises. We went 7 months waiting for a window. They forgot to order that one...they ordered the wrong size....it will be there Friday...They meant Monday...

(Revised) We eventually got all of our windows and they fixed most of issues.

We had a new home built with Lennar. They are the ones who hired this company. We had to have repairs done to our shower so they had to come out and take off the glass doors and reinstall them. They have not showed up twice now to reinstall the shower doors. We have been without our master shower for over a week. They don’t call to let you know they can’t make it or to reschedule. What a nightmare they are. I will say that the tech that comes out has always been pleasant but I would not hire them because of their poor time management and inability to let people know they can’t make it out.

We had a sliding glass shower door installed in our hall bath & then a large glass panel in our master bath , all very recently. The installers did a great job, we're really happy with the product and their price was competitive. Very Accommodating & Professional! I would recommend them to anyone!

Justin from Clear View Glass came out and replaced our cracked windshield today 9/1/2021. He explained the process and then got to it. He had the windshield replaced in about 45min and then walked me through what was required for the next couple of days. He was very professional. Will definitely use these guys again when i need a windshield replaced.

Met Brian the owner and had Britt (one of the employees there) help us with setting up for a project. I spent a lot of time working with Britt on deciding on the options, estimate, etc. At the 11th hour, Britt jacked up the estimate by 20% and refused to explain why. Brian would not return our calls. If this is how the business deals with you before they get your money, don’t walk, run away!

I never went inside the store. However I do go to the warehouse and the guy that works very is really friendly.

IllumiNation Window & Door Co. was absolutely amazing from their responsiveness on my initial call, to coming out to measure our windows, to status of our order and finally to the installation. Their entire team was Professional, Friendly, Courteous and Meticulous. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Service was quick, I do wish the price i was quoted was the price I payed but it ended up being more.

Never came to fix my window was told he was gonna come the next day to fix my window but he never did it has been a week since he has not called me
