We have used Hernan’s Custom Tile and Stone several times in the past 6 years. We have had tile flooring installed as well as counter-to-ceiling kitchen backsplash, bathroom tile repair, and a floor-to-ceiling layered stone living room wall. All projects are beautifully done. BUIYER BEWARE!! This company does not stand behind its product. We had a floor installed in 9/21. It is completely separating and peeling at the edges. The company is not willing to fix the problem. Rude Customer service and poor quality material. WE ARE VERY DISSATISFIED!! Read the AZ BBB reviews. They have had numerous complaints filed.
