I can’t say enough good things about this company. They were the 6th company I called (I never get that many quotes for a job) because I just couldn’t get on board with the other companies. Thank goodness I didn’t give up and tried one last company. They’re extremely responsive, kind, patient, and knowledgeable and offer great prices for their products, definitely not inflated like several of the other companies I talked to and the doors were ready to install in less than 4 weeks after ordering. They are not hard sellers but will any questions you have and offer advice if needed. They replaced 2 sets of very old French doors (one set included a sidelight) in my condo with new fiberglass ones and I could not be happier. They also replaced door sweeps and weatherstripping on two other doors as well as fixed a sticky patio door just because Craig noticed it sticking as he opened it. Kris also left the place as clean as when he came. Craig and Kris are just genuinely nice people with fair prices, incredibly hard workers, and are very meticulous in what they do. I will go to them for all of my future door and window needs as well as recommend them to anyone who needs windows and doors. You will not regret it!

We had a custom wood door made and installed and have had problems with it since the beginning. I recently called to get a tech to come out and fix it, and they promised they would call me back to schedule and never did. I waited a week and called back again, and once again was promised that someone would call me back to schedule. Once again, no one called. Called back a third time, and they scheduled me right away, but no apology or even an acknowledgment of the missed commitments. I arranged to go in late to work to make sure I was here for the 7a appointment. At 710a, I get a text letting me know the tech is not coming because they’re sick. The same thing happened a previous time when they came to fix the door. To say it’s been a terrible experience is an understatement. I purchased an expensive custom door so I wouldn’t have to deal with second hand service but unfortunately that’s all we’ve received. It’s a beautiful door and I understand problems can happen, what I don’t understand is the poor service. Don’t recommend this place at all.

It was a very pleasant experience from the sales to the installation. Dustin (sales) went above and beyond helping me move furniture and take down blinds. The installation crew was punctual, polite and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend.

My wife and I are so happy to share our experience we had with Dreamstyle Remodeling of Phoenix. We have been wanting this remodel for about eight years. We had a one but shower stall and a soaker tub in our master bath. We never used the tub, and the shower, well kept banging into the wall every time we turned around. We were so fortunate to have Sean and Beth Murphy as our installers. To start with they were here when they said they would be, they called first. Next, they went through the entire process with us, about how the shower stall and tub would be taken out. They also had to take out a window where one shower wall would be. We chose to have the window removed, as opposed to just putting a wall over it. Always a possibility of mold. They had to reroute some pipes, frame the new shower where the tub had been, put extra framing in where grab bars would be, which my wife needed. Sean and Beth always made sure we knew what they were doing. Really, they were just like family. It was such a pleasure working with them. The transformation was incredible. They also had my wife stand in the shower area to be sure the grab bar placements were right for her, as well as the bench seat height. Just a super job. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the great job the two person crew did on putting stucco where the window had been. After texturing, you would never know anything had been there. Sean replaced the sheetrock in the old shower area and made sure it was ready for me to texture and paint. With a small job, often it can be difficult to find a contractor who will follow through! I contacted Tacheny through Yelp because I wanted the roof inspected on my three year old home. After visits and bids from three firms, we decided to choose Tacheny. Jim, the salesperson who came out and took pictures, provided a competitive bid for a few broken tiles and flashing that needed to be reattached.
Jim was actually the same person who returned later after securing matching tiles and, in the sweltering AZ heat, replaced the broken tiles and made sure the flashing was put back in place. I have already recommended them for an inspection to neighbors and I'm glad to have done business with them!

Wow! What can I say? A free roof from insurance?! Neil Burnett was my project manager and did a spectacular job. The whole time I was worried that I was going to be hit with a huge bill, but at the end of the job, all I owed the young man was my deductible. Still can't believe how smooth and professional this process was. My wife and I will be recommending this company to family and friends.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

The best place I ever visited everybody was kind and it was great price on the shower closures

The outside contractors Power uses were all very professional and did excellent work. However, the way their salesman described the gutters I would be getting was misleading. He said I would be getting the same kind I already had only in a bigger size. The gutters that were installed were a cheaper type than the ones I already had. That was the only negative experience I had with Power.

From the first request online to get a free quote to the very end was easy and quick. The front office lady that setup the appointments and answered questions, was quick and knowledgeable.

The gentleman that quoted us was on time and even offered to come early. He was knowledgeable and helped us understand why we had water coming in to the windows that were here when we first bought the house.

The window installers were professional, quick, and answered some questions I had.

The dry wall was repaired right after as well as the stucco. The gentleman was thorough and quick and did a great job. Lastly, we were followed up with to see if we liked the work.

All together, it was probably one of the easiest experience with a company to get something repaired/replaced. They are more than professional and the price is truly affordable and worth the money. I highly recommend Affordable Windows Plus Exteriors for any window work.

I love my new windows, the installers are very professional and courteous, very cautious to clean up after themselves it was an all-around great experience.

PCC Roofing did a great job! They really worked hard to get this done because my roof was leaking and it was raining. They made it a point to put me in the front of their schedule and got this done. I would highly recommend. They were very professional and did an excellent job cleaning everything up when they completed the work.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)

RemodAZ has had their license revoked by the Arizona ROC (327194) after 35 disciplined complaints (currently 17 others open) and have been negatively featured on the local Arizona news (Let Joe Know!).

I hired RemodAZ and was one of the “lucky” ones that actually had work performed. “Lucky” (in quotes) because the wait (7 months) and quality of the install was not great. I’ll spare the complete list, but the big two are: One of the installed windows did not seal/close. The doors installed were not sealing and falling off the hinges due to a bad install.

My issues were only looked at after getting the ROC involved. RemodAZ came out and did the absolute bare minimum before abandoning the project again. Then their license was revoked.

I am still picking up the pieces via additional contractors I’ve hired to clean up their work.

Note there is review manipulation for this company on sites like HomeAdvisor (out of state reviews) and Facebook (shell profiles recommending). Do your research before hiring any contractor.
