Chris Fernandez was ok. Painter Oscar performance was good as painter. Office manager was personable, delightful.
Job included 'fine tuning' of closets. My thoughts were jams, frames were included.Oscar began to fill cracks, smooth those areas. Owner stated that those areas were not included in estimate. I held back $200 upon so called 'conpletion,' citing that those jam, frame areas of closets should be conpleted. Owner threatened to lien property. I paid $200, and under threat of lien, and still have work non completed.
Would appreciate phone call from Chris or Oscar to complete work, outside of 'pettiness' of owner of company.

I hired this company to paint the entire inside of my house as well as the kitchen cabinets. They did an excellent job and I have no complaints about their painting. I highly recommend them as painters.

Unfortunately, I had a major problem with the blinds which turned out to be an awful experience for me. Because the person who hung the blinds, after painting, did not hang them in a stud, three fell. The first fell in my master bedroom and broke to pieces. I could not reuse the head so had to order the complete blind for a very large window. The second blind fell on a Sunday morning at 330am. Because I had learned from the first experience, I immediately straighten the blinds and the head. I only lost three vanes (vertical blinds). The third fell in my guest bedroom and landed on the bed. Once again, I immediately straighten them and only lost three. I honestly did not know what to do.

I called the manager of Top Star Painting. He helped me discard of blinds in my master bedroom but felt it was not their fault. Later when I contacted him to explain that it was. He flatly refused to assist me and refused to accept responsibility. Not only was this a cost I had not planned to endure but also it was very traumatic.

Someone at my church suggested Lowe's and it turned out to be a wonderful experience and not as costly as other blind companies had quoted. They did a remarkable job not only in matching my blinds but in hanging them. The pattern had changed but the color was exact. The two patterns are so closely matched it is practically impossible to tell the difference. I also had to hire a blind repair company who came out, rehung two of them and checked the other blinds to ensure they would not fall. They indicated that it was the painters. When the third blind in the guest room fell, you could see the original holes whereas with the others the holes had been filled in and it was difficult to tell. I have pictures of the original holes than the holes where they were rehung.

I rated Top Star Painting a 4 because their painting was excellent, and I would recommend them to anyone for painting only.

They sub out all their work. I had to work from home to make sure it was done correctly and there was still issues. They sent a painter to do the carpentry. The caulking that they applied three months ago is already separating. They framed the windows but didn't prep the knots in the wood properly before painting

I used ATR to install a security door, mount a tv, and to install an outdoor electrical outlet, as our home was somehow built without one. We’d been running everything outside from an extension cord through our garage. I’m grateful for the recommendation of ATR! They went right to work and did all the jobs quickly and professionally. The tv looks great and so does my security screen. They were super friendly and their prices were extremely reasonable. Just had my house painted a week or so ago, Walfre and Zulema were amazing! They patched all the little holes and even painted my shed to match the house, so cute. ? Rachel and Fernando were great with scheduling production and helping with colors, I love my red door! And Erica in billing was very reasonable to work with, such a great gal. All in all a great experience, I highly recommend!
