Best Power Windows in Phoenix AZ

Power Window Repair was AWESOME! Not only did I get an appointment within 3 days (whereas it would be 10 days with competitor), they charged me approximately $100 LESS than competitor, and completed the job within an hour! Five stars for sure!

My car's window was damaged and eventually broke, so I needed a new one. I don't typically write reviews, but I felt it was necessary to do this one. I reached a lot of different businesses, others quoted me a price I couldn't afford. I eventually phoned Phoenix Mobile Car Glass at that point, and they not only returned my call but also came to my house the very next day with the component at such a low price. My ? glass repairs were completed within a few hours after they washed and cleaned my vehicle and replaced the shattered component. I had a great time working with them.

They were impressive to start the service. He returned the call immediately and showed up the next day to do the work. The window works fine. HOWEVER in the process of replacing the window regulator, the interior door latch was broken. I called him as soon as we realized it. He promised to be out the next day. I didn't expect him to do the repair for free and I told him that. It is an older car and parts can break. It has been weeks now, I have emailed, called, and facebooked to absolutely NO Response. This is definitely the poorest customer service I have received in a very long time. I would not recommend him to anyone

I was contacted promptly by Janelle who was very professional and nice. She verified my policy and vehicle information, scheduled my install appointment and they were really on top of everything. Thank you Janelle and Reliable Glass team for everything!!

Repeat customer! When I phoned in my caller ID helped Paul identify me and he immediately pulled up my information. Very very helpful and knowledgeable. He was like a human being, and treated me like a friend. Josh was the man who came out to actually do the work, and he was great as well. He had done 5 windshields prior to mine, but was great and again treated me like a friend. Windshield is perfect, and quiet. Josh took extra care to wipe down the glass. He also didn't have to out blue tape on there. Nicely done! I would highly recommend this company! Lastly, two things: they have the funniest hold music ever, and I was blown away when both on a flyer attached to my invoice, as well as in a follow-up email, I received a message from the CEO with his personal cell phone number. Who does that?

The guys in the shop got right to me and were so friendly. Very light, laid back work environment but dynamite work!
They replaced the two windshields and two windows in the drivers area of my Skoolie while my partner and I lounged and watched a movie. Very respectful of my home, yet got the job done beautifully.
The price was VERY fair for the services provided. Highly recommend for the big rigs. Came highly recommended by another Phoenix business.

Great experience. Angel and team made final adjustments on a new home installation. As with any large project, there is aways a punch list. Appreciated the followup and attention to meeting our expectations.
