I give this company 5 stars. The replaced our front entry door. They were very informative of my options for glass. Completed the project in a timely manner. All staff was very friendly and accommodating :)

Valleywide glass really helped us out when no one else would. Call after call to other company’s that fix residence glass and no return calls or just not willing to take the job on.
The window that broke was extremely high up. I called Valleywide and the next day they were able to come out, clean up the broken glass and give us an estimate. Great company great service!!! Thank you

My experience with Vision was top notch from start to finish. They really know how to take care of their customers. After comparing many other companies I went with Vision because they offered the best value. Product and installation were excellent and everyone was very professional. Love my new windows and doors!!!

After being prompted by a random street walker, I agreed to have someone come out to give an estimate for windows as I was in the market anyways. After several calls to make sure that BOTH my wife and I were going to be there, we established a date and time for the estimate. Initially I was told that we both needed to be there to ensure that no decisions were made without the significant other also liking the product etc. Right.

On the date of the estimate two guys showed up: Trainer/Salesman and trainee. First, the trainer totally removed himself from group conversations to face directly and speak to the trainee. Way too much on the job training. Aren't you here to waste MY time? Secondly, the reason why the company was so in need of my wife to be there is so that the trainer/salesman could use his used car salesman techniques on her. During our consult, this guy started explaining how complicated a job like this is as he listed the countless tools by name to my wife. It was absolutely aparant to both my wife and I that the salesman was attempting to quickly overwhelm my wife with information. However, she knows the difference between single pane and double pane and a cat claw and crowbar...because the salesman made no attempt to explain the difference or what the tools were for or why we would need to reframe....his only effort was in creating an atmosphere of uncertainty...then lets make a deal.

Originally, we allowed the consult because over the phone we were told we lived in a new area where the company could use some homes as marketing tools with a significant discount given to us. After waiting for the salesman to deliver his pitch (and train his trainee) I asked about the deal because he certainly was not going to bring it up. Alas, in order to be part of the deal we would need to spend a bit longer discussing types of windows and, and, and, and....ever sat through a timeshare presentation to get that gift card or free trip? Well, this was that only with less information given, no products shown, no measurements taken, and the tactics of a used car salesman. No offense to used car salesman...you can at least see the product they have to offer.

I have no doubt they have excellent windows and do fine work based on the info from their website. I just expect more from the person sent by the company I am supposed to make a deal with when spending 10-20,000$.

We had a shower enclosure/door done in our master bath several months ago. The installer did a great job, we're really happy with the product and their price was competitive. I would recommend them to anyone!

Jimmy Dougherty was our sales representative and was on-time, answered all our questions and was very professional. The instal crew was there when they were scheduled worked fast and diligently. They finished on-time and cleaned up the work site better than they found it. Highly recommended.

This is David Pollesche we had received a quote from this company to install a new door and casing for one of our Real Estate Clients. The price included a new door and when they showed up they stated it did not, even though I had the quote showing that. Windows were replaced, no issues. Crew worked hard to finish in one day. Cleanup was done well. Sales people were great to work with.

I've used Handyman Connections to update some of the lights in my house. Their handyman, Tony was amazing. He was on time, kind, and most importantly, an expert who did a great job at switching out lighting. If you have electrical needs, I highly recommend this company and Tony!

If you want exceptional customer service then Castile Roofing is the company for you. Alex is so responsive, professional, and friendly. He and Alfonso promptly and honestly answered every question I had and were very thoughtful about doing it affordably. I have been searching far and wide for a company to repair termite damage on the trusses in my attic with no success. Castile Roofing was the first company to send someone out to assess and repair the damage. Chris was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and even went above and beyond to inspect and repair other issues on my roof. They even sent me pictures of the repairs they made. So hard to find a good honest company that provides this kind of customer service.

Create people with great windows that stands behind there products

We had broken a window during a remodel and had to have it replaced. We chose them in October 2020 as the sales person said they could do it quickly since he has an order with a builder, and to make sure everything matches in the space since they had aluminum frames, we ordered 5 total windows and a double sliding door to replace a window and a door. In late January/early February they were finally out to do it as they had some issues with the manufacturer getting them windows, and there was no communication from RemodAZ with updates until we started to hound them. 12 weeks after anticipating 8 weeks, and had to put our flooring install on hold since the door changed the wall line a bit.

The installation was a horrible 5 day ordeal, shoddy new framing work leaving doors and windows being out of plumb/tweaked so they are really hard to open and close, my family won't even use one side of the slider. They also broke the new window during install which was the replacement for the one we broke that started this all, but they assured me they ordered the window on the spot, there are gaps in the aluminum frames on some of the windows and the paint is horrible. These windows and doors seemed to miss Quality Control altogehter. About a month after install, they sent someone out from the glass company who confirmed they were installed incorrectly, but just sprayed some silicon lubricant and did no thing with the frame elements that were supposed to be replaced with the slider due to paint defects and operation, nor the broken glass. Then nothing from them until May when Anna let me know they could not get the aluminum any longer which is months after it was ordered, but could replace in Vinyl. I told her they would all need to be replaced to match, but she couldn't respond as she was just the messenger, I asked to talk to someone who could actually make decisions for the company.

Continued silence for another month, then I get a message from Anna saying Tammy is coming out with the glass guy to finish on June 16'th, which was confirmed between 10 and 1, and on the 16th no one came out - no call no show. We were home so this was not a missed connection. On June 22nd I get a message from Anna threatening to take me to court for not being able to finish. I still don't have my kitchen together since the window still needs to be replaced. They have made no effort on their end and don't come out when they 'confirmed' they would. I reiterated that they need to have someone. I had to fix problems they created by not doing the drywall and electrical work correctly. I replied to the text saying someone who can make decisions would need to contact me, now in text as clearly everything should be in writing, and no response yet.

I would not recommend RemodAZ, my house is still not done and we still have a broken window, but they are constantly delaying and now threatening when this 8 week project turned into 9 months, all for 5 windows and a door.
