I had them pour me a new slab for an 18x20 shed. They were up to date on the code and permits in Scottsdale which made it a smooth process.

My driveway and patio needed to be done, so I hired The Scottsdale Concrete Company and his crew. They performed a terrific job, and I'd recommend them to everyone.

James came out to give us a quote on fixing our heaved slab and identifying the root cause. What was expected to only take a day and a half to fix ended up taking three days. Frank, Frank and Brian did a fantastic job on grinding and leveling our floor. They were very good at communicating about the issues they found as well as coming up with solutions. As a painting contractor, I referred Desert Coatings to one of my favorite General Contractors for a difficult car-wash epoxy application. If you can imagine the abuse those surfaces get, you can also imagine that if shortcuts were made, we would be seeing failure and have to honor stringent warranty contracts.

On shorter notice, out-of-town and in some difficult conditions, they completed on time for the mechanical installers, and trouble free. My client was very pleased, and that pleases me.

I really do not compare pricing as I believe the value is in the service and quality of product. That is the only reason I can not comment on price. As a contractor myself, I know that folks who shop on price alone... will likely learn their lesson soon enough.
