Best General Contractor in Phoenix AZ

I hired John, the owner, to do a big project of stamped cement for our driveway/sidewalk and the pool deck. Sorry, I don’t have before pictures but I included a couple of after pictures. John was nice, smart and informative for the bidding process. The work crew was even better! Prompt, skillful and respectful of us and our property. They worked through some challenges presented by the weather (which rained on their work unexpectedly forcing them to redo a big chunk of the work) and hidden irrigation lines (where they shouldn’t have been).

The project was completed and is everything I wanted it to be. Couldn’t be happier.

We had an excellent experience with NLKD! Dave came to our home to give us an estimate to repair and resurface the kool decking around our 20 year old pool. The work would be complete in 3-4 days. We had to be away for 7 weeks and when we returned the decking looked brand new. We could not be happier. We would highly recommend NLKD. Thank you Dave and crew!

Steve came to my house. Nice guy. I told him the work I wanted done. Reface fireplace, tear down a wall, new flooring and baseboards. My estimates were coming in from $25 to $35k. Steve didn't blink an eye, said his bid would be double. There will be a cold day in you know where that I pay up to $70k for this job on a 1650 square foot house!!! I don't like rip off artists!
