Sketchy beware!!

Someone broke our office window, they came out cut glass and fixed our window so it didn't have to be boarded up. Thank you. Lisa is who helped us out, very professional and understanding. The best customer service I've received ever! Highly recommend them.

I have a house with a lot of windows and I had gotten a couple of bids already, they had better windows and a better price. The installation went really well too. I would highly recommend getting a quote from them before you buy windows from someone else.

To be clear I have not done business with this company however I find their marketing tactic not professional.

My family received a flyer in the mail that noted Field Inspection Form in red letter colored font and the flyer used images of windows and doors with circles made to look like they are done in pen. It's one aspect to want costumers to use your service but it's incredibly deceiving to claim a staff member from your company went to individual folks homes and did an actual inspection of quote there, window and door problems.

Now I'm a savvy person and could tell this was a blatant advertisement however I fear for the elders living down the street for me. All you have to do, Renewal by Andersen is be honest just use standard advertising like Window and Door Specials all this month, no need to lie and imply to folks that there home is screwed up and oh lookie here at this wanna-be inspection form. It's a gross practice and I feel less like using your service if and when my husband and I get new windows.

This company delivered on their commitment and had only one minor issue which was corrected immediately. Would definitely recommend Illumination.

While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

This is David Pollesche we had received a quote from this company to install a new door and casing for one of our Real Estate Clients. The price included a new door and when they showed up they stated it did not, even though I had the quote showing that. Sevy the owner said that I am not going to give you a door and I am not going to deal with you and hung up the phone. I would never recommend this company to anyone. David Pollesche

I just wanted to say that my experience with Imperial Windows was great from beginning to end. Ken came out and gave us a very competitive quote, and answered any questions that we had. John the owner was very responsive and accommodating of our schedule. And our installer Philip was wonderful. He was fast and efficient in installing our windows, much faster than I thought he'd be able to do it. Phil and his helper went above and beyond, cleaning our windows to a spotless shine, as well as putting up our brackets for our blinds, and taking care of all the little details. And at the end of the day, our windows look fantastic, as well as being much more efficient than our old ones. Our house already feels much cooler and the windows function great. I would definitely recommend Imperial Windows if anyone is looking to upgrade their home!

Met Mike at the home show, had two windows installed by Windowz4less before March of this year. Absolutely the best windows and customer service. Expert installation, highly professional, couldn't be happier with the experience. Pricing great as well. We plan to have more of our windows replaced in the future and will definitely use Windowz4less again. Highly recommend.

I put in that I was looking for windows and was called within the first hour. Very professional crew. I had been quoted out a few places and decided to go with them over a Home Depot and Lowe's since they are local. They were up front about the lead time and stayed in contact with me every time there was an update on my order.

I worked with Jeff and he was very knowledgeable and honest. I would absolutely recommend going with Optum. The Windows came with a warranty (that I hope I never have to use).
