Best Energy Efficient Replacement Window in Phoenix AZ

HORRIBLE!!! Delivered broken glass. Which is fine.. it happens. Totally understand that...However Dan the salesman, needs to understand “professionalism”,just as much as he thinks he understands sales. I’m helping manage the windows being installed on my father in-laws behalf since he’s out of state. I asked Dan if he can reach out to my father in-law to explain the situation of the broken glass before he makes the final payment and he repeatedly told me No, and to have my father in-law call him if he’s that concerned. Then accused us of not wanting to pay (which was totally not the case) just wanted to know how this gets handled before we pay. We went in circles about this... and eventually I told him since Dessert King Windows delivered the window, That’ it would be nice for him to make that courtesy call to the customer. Then he threw a tantrum and said he’s too busy to call. I said understood.. maybe when you’re free you can call him.... then he said he’s not going to call and I should have my father in-law call him (because he was getting upset haha) Lol..the guys who installed were great! Loved the install. However the so called Salesmen of this company don’t really know how to deal with people I feel. I seem to see it pop up here and there with the other reviews as well. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!

We had them replace all of our windows, about 25. Our old windows were not energy efficient, and didn't keep the heat out very well. We chose the blue tinted windows for the windows that get the sun. Man, what a difference!!! This company offers windows at a good price. They showed up on time, made very little mess, were polite and very professional. Our windows are beautiful both inside and out! LOVE THEM!
We recommended them to 2 of our friends and they had their windows replaced as well and are very happy.
We highly recommend them.

Excellent service. They came on time period only problem was it Lee problem was that I noticed a slightly bent frame while installing a replacement window and and they could not find a replacement latch for my windows which was disappointing.

Tony and Thomas were on time and did a great job replacing the sliding glass rollers.

I don't think we've ever had a better experience working with contractors and we've done just about everything to our house that you can imagine. They were friendly, respectful, and easy to stay in touch with throughout. The project manager was there the first day and just about every other day inspecting work, cleaning, and communicating progress. The crew was professional and so friendly and they cleaned up every single day, even vacuuming the rocks under my front window!!!
We had one set of windows that my husband asked the stucco be redone and the crew got right up and finished it off. We are both so happy with the quality of the windows, the project management, customer service, and professionalism.
I feel compelled to add one more thing. As a woman, I'm often disappointed with the treatment I get working with trades from initial contact to on-site work. What a revelation it was to work with Bridgette and Leo on this project. Not once was I talked down to, overlooked, ignored, or worse. I have already recommended them to a friend looking into replacing her windows and have stressed this point.

Just had 2 new windows installed by Jason and his crew. They arrived on time and immediately introduced themselves, very polite and respectful. Started by making sure everything was well covered to remain clean and protected and went to work. The work ethic shown by Jason and his men was a welcomed relief as you could see they really paid attention to detail during the install and the final result was a high quality job. I would ask for Jason and his crew for any future window installations I may have as they truly care about their customers. The craftsmen were right on time, very pleasant, did excellent work, took precautions to keep the dust out of our home, did a great job working with our uneven walls and floor and left the job site clean and neat. I can't say enough great things about our experience with R&J Glass. We had three different companies come out to quote replacing all of our old, single pane windows with double pane. R&J Glass was not only the most cost effective, but the most responsive and timely. They were available to come by the house, and provided a quote a few days later. Throughout the entire process, we were always alerted of the timing for each step. When our windows arrived, we were alerted, and all 11 windows were installed in one day. The team was incredibly respectful and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough, we will be referring them to all of our friends & family with glass or window replacement needs.

Great service and pays attention to details

From the initial quote to the installation, Imperial Windows did an excellent job with our home. We had 12 windows and a patio door completed. Ken was great with sales and showed technical knowledge of the windows. He was honest and provided immediate response to my questions prior to contract. John, the owner kept us up to date on manufacture shipping times. The installers were wonderful and completed the job efficiently and were very clean. I would definitely recommend this company.

I am only able to speak to our experience with glass replacement and emergency board up. We had an window broken at our home on Thanksgiving and had to get an emergency board up and window replacement.

The board up was great— quick and on a holiday. 5/5.

The window replacement has been awful. We were supposed to get a replacement within a week, and the appointment day came and went with no communication. We followed up multiple times, and got a text back saying he’d be there Monday to install. The measurements on the window were wrong, so he said he could install Wednesday.

Wednesday comes, I reach out in the morning and afternoon. No show, no contact, nothing.

If you need an emergency board up, these guys are fine. But if you need a reliable window replacement and professional communication, I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.

No regrets! Love these windows! The estimated date of install was accurate. We had the entire house done in <6 hours total, including a door installation. The crew was polite and clean as well. But the best part difference in the temperature in our house is AMAZING! The windows open and close like a charm. Do be prepared for a sales pitch during the estimate visit, and for the visit to take > 2 hours. After placing the order, there was a problem. When I discussed it, every one in the company responded quickly and professionally. The problem was fixed ASAP. I am very satisfied, and do recommend this company and product. When you choose them, you will be glad. I hope you enjoy your new windows as much as I am enjoying mine.
