Installation went very smoothly and they cleaned up behind them. It's like they weren't even here. Impressed with how well they sealed the windows against air leaks. Great job by a talented crew working as a team. Outstanding product. Great people to deal with from estimate to installation.

In this day and age it seems like great service has all but gone away, but not with this company. From beginning to end they were a pleasure to work with. They came out to my house and did a free consultation and helped me decide on the best replacement windows (7 of them) for my house, knowing that I was working with a budget. They guy who did the estimate was awesome and he even put up with my dog that wouldn't stop barking at him. I thought all windows were pretty much the same but he took the time to educate me on the different types of windows which I really appreciated and stayed within my budget, but I still got quality windows that are huge upgrade from what I had. From the initial in-home consultation, to the windows being installed they followed through on everything they said they were going to and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for replacement windows in Phoenix.

I would not hesitate to recommend True View Windows to anyone. The price was reasonable and the two windows were installed in just a few hours. They also diagnosed what was wrong with the old window (it leaked because the builder never put flashing around the window) and they really were professional. The next day they fixed the stucco around the window and it looks better than new. Very pleased!

Every part of the process was excellent. From the estimate to the finished work. Window World came in a little less expensive but Craig's presentation and answering all our questions helped make the decision to hire Vision to do our work an easy one. The installation was done in a day and was exactly what was promised at the exact price promised. Would recommend highly.

Fast and good communication throughout the process. I had a broken windshield and a window at my house that needed replacement. They had to schedule two different technicians because their auto glass is separate from their residential glass department. The auto glass was available within 24 hours but I had to wait a couple weeks for the dual pane glass to be ordered. I guess the residential windows are custom made here in Phoenix. The windshield was replaced at my home in the driveway and the technician did a great job. A week or so later my home window glass was replaced and I'm very happy with the way it looks. Great job!

Love this company, from the first visit with salesman to installation with the wonderful team, we are so pleased. They arrived on time and started working right away, cleaned up and replaced some wood that needed to be replaced, looked like they had never been there but the windows are keeping out the heat and we love them. Dustin walked us through a super detailed explanation of the windows, installment and process start to finish. Super friendly and not pushy at all. The installment itself went really smoothly. The guys were polite and efficient. I was working at home the whole time and they weren't a bother at all. We love our windows. They're beautiful and function as expected. They block out a lot more noise which is so nice for us and they definitely block out more heat than our prior single pane windows. With their promotional advertising I 100% recommend.

Would have given 5 stars but windows were a month behind schedule what deserves 10 stars are the installation crew Aaron's crew 3 guys total removed 9 windows and installed 9 within 6 hrs 2 were extremely stubborn installs aswell solid product cant head any noise outside mind you I also live directly under luke air force base flight line extremely pleased so far

Cody performed a window and sliding glass door dimension verification prior to ordering the replacements from Andersen. Cody was attentive, and professional, and explained all that was happening and what I was signing up to. It was an overall pleasant experience.

Living in Arizona, we will likely need windshield replacement again(!) and will use Universal Glass again.

I can't say enough great things about our experience with R&J Glass. We had three different companies come out to quote replacing all of our old, single pane windows with double pane. R&J Glass was not only the most cost effective, but the most responsive and timely. They were available to come by the house, and provided a quote a few days later. Throughout the entire process, we were always alerted of the timing for each step. When our windows arrived, we were alerted, and all 11 windows were installed in one day. The team was incredibly respectful and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough, we will be referring them to all of our friends & family with glass or window replacement needs.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Dan & Kage did a great job installing my sliding door. This is the second sliding door that they’ve installed for me and I am more than pleased with the quality of work and the doors themselves.

No regrets! Love these windows! The estimated date of install was accurate. We had the entire house done in <6 hours total, including a door installation. The crew was polite and clean as well. But the best part difference in the temperature in our house is AMAZING! The windows open and close like a charm. Do be prepared for a sales pitch during the estimate visit, and for the visit to take > 2 hours. After placing the order, there was a problem. When I discussed it, every one in the company responded quickly and professionally. The problem was fixed ASAP. I am very satisfied, and do recommend this company and product. When you choose them, you will be glad. I hope you enjoy your new windows as much as I am enjoying mine.
