Best Casement Window Installation And Replacement in Phoenix AZ

I've left two requests for a quote online and had someone call me asking for a revised door size. I called the number he left with the opening dimensions he asked for and never got a response. I then made the second online request with the dimensions of the windows and door I wanted to get replaced. I was contacted by a young lady who told me a representative would be calling me with a quote AGAIN!! This has gone on for three weeks. Like a previous review said I'm glad this firm isn't the only game in town! Makes me wonder how the actual project would go.
This is the first time Google reviews were so off point. I'll find someone else easy enough.

We had a wonderful experience with AZ Valley Windows. They completed our homes window installations ahead of schedule. Everything was perfect, the quote the price and the service. If you need your windows replaced for your home we strongly recommend calling them and getting an estimate, it was free! They had wonderful customer service and they were able to answer all of our questions about our homes new windows and the replacement process. I will use them for the other Phoenix homes I own when I need to replace my windows.

I chose Infinity From Marvin by SI Windows Phoenix after collecting estimates from their competition. They weren’t the lowest priced but they were competitive. I had toured Marvin Windows last fall while visiting a friends cabin in Warroad Minnesota and I was very impressed.

I was even more impressed by how quickly Greg Johnson(owner of SI Windows) responded to my inquiry and how quickly he provided me with an estimate. I hired him and we set a date.

His crew showed up when he said they would and finished the install of 20 windows 2 patio doors and a double sliding patio door in 5 days. As they were finishing Alden from Legacy Stucco showed up and repaired the stucco around the windows that had been replaced. Next Hector Lopez showed up and did drywall repair on the interior of the house.

Greg has a great crew and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Thank You to SI Windows Phoenix and their installation crew. Thanks to Infinity from Marvin Windows as well.

We moved into our house the 7th of June, Hot! All the windows rattled all the time, single panes, aluminum frames. Our 1st SRP electric bill was $388. A full month after window installation our bill dropped to $209. All installers were great. Cleaned up after install, including taking away the metal wrought iron we requested be removed from over the windows. Leo the owner has verified we are happy with our windows and sliding patio door. We prefer family owned and operated businesses. We highly recommend LJ Neal and sons. Definitely worth the cost.

When my windows were put in originally - 17 years ago by Atrium Door and Windows, they have had issues ever since. I got a quote by Anderson Door and Windows for $40K to 60K to replace the windows, so I thought I would never be able to afford new windows. Then Window World came over and gave me a quote. I saw their offer in the mailer and thought it was too good to be true. I ended up replacing 6 windows for $3Kish. The windows are more energy efficient than the last one ever were and look awesome! They no longer leak, let heat in, no longer foggy, broken, etc. 3 workers came over and replaced them in a couple hours. I had heard from previous reviews that my blinds would no longer fit, but they all went back into window fine. The one gripe, which is minor, is they didn't clean up as much as I would have liked, but I give them 5 stars!! They even caulked a patio door that they didn't install themselves and the crew was friendly, professional and efficient.

The Renewal by Anderson crew installed windows in our home today. The crew was Will, Nautica, Victor F, Grant and Michael N. The crew lead was Will and everyone was top notch all the way; they were professional and efficient as well as knowledgeable. We couldn’t be happier with the product or the install. We absolutely love our four pane multi-function patio door!! Anthony was responsive and a pleasure to work with on the business end; Miguel and Ryan did an amazing job of installation. Dante was great. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. It can always be tough having strangers in your home, however he presented a good product and did not make me feel the pressure to move forward.

We had some minor issues with communication from the office, itself, but they weren't enough to turn us away from this company. And we love our new door!

They have a minimum to buy. This is not a company that you should deal with.

Called for a simple quote. After 20 minutes of answering questions about the original developer from 1985, I hung up. 20 minutes of sales pitch is ridiculous when you are simply asking for a scheduled time for someone to come out and measure windows for a quote. I would never refer anyone to call this company. Too much work for a free quote. My time is not free!!!

FRAUD!! SCAM!! They basically forced/bullied us in to financing window replacements with their financing company, took the money that was shelled out as an advance (was not supposed to be paid out until work was completed) and completed ZERO work. I've filed with the BBB, ROC, and submitted to Channel 3. On my way to get legal representation next. At this point the only thing we want from these liars is that financing to be revoked for work NOT done. Oh, and did I mention, said financing company said there was an interest free, no payment due period until 11.2022 but they have reported this account to the credit bureau's as being LATE (so now we are fighting with them too). Unbelievable. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?? Make sure you read all the reviews, currently they have five ACTIVE ROC cases and their license expires this month (no submissions to renew either). They do not call clients back, they do not perform contracted work. The owner, Tammy is living high on the hog with all of our financed dollars. SO many people are in the same boat as us - makes me wonder if we should all ban together and file a class action suit? It also grosses me out that I had to use a star but you can't post a review if you don't at least click on one.
